I believe that a great sense of humor is beautiful. I love all beauty products, daahhling.... Sometimes, my favorite family member is my dog. I am a good listener, love to read and love t.v. I have two girls (6 & 9) and have been married for 11 years to the most amazing man. I have a wonderful neurotic German Shepherd and a gigantic lazy cat. I love old fashioned names. My Beauty Secret: 

Womens Rogaine for sparce or missing eyebrows. Using a Q-tip apply twice daily for 3-4 months. Stop over tweezing. You will see re-growth but you must be very patient. Do not use the mens version, the dermatologist recommended this to me and it saved my brows. YAY! I must also mention the IMPORTANCE OF CHOOSING THE RIGHT HAIR COLOR. My hair stylist (Danae, you RULE!) knows how to make me sparkle. I think it helps to go to your hair appointments with little or no makeup on. This makes it easier for your stylist to choose the right hair color for your natural skin tone. When I finally did this the results were what I had always wanted but was never abel to verbalize. The right color will tone down a ruddy complexion, draw attention to your eye color and dramatically brighten your face. Now, go sparkle!

My Routine: 

Any where from 10 minutes to 2 hours. Depending on the occasion and the mood I am in. But, I wish I could look like I do after 2 hours in only 10 minutes. Does Sephora have any thing I can buy that can make that happen? They should!

My Horror Story: 

An overzealous home waxing treatment. In my attempt to remove my lip stash, I removed a little bit-o-skin too! On my first date with future husband he leaned in, brought is hand to my face, and tried to wipe off what he assumed was smeared lipstick. NOPE, not lipstick, raw skin from waxing. OUCH! He laughed then, and he is still laughing 11 years later........

My Celebrity Look-a-like: 

Pre surgical repair of deviated septum (fancy talk for nose job)-Molly Shannon. Also, Celine Dion, I don't see either of them. I think I look like that girl that needs to go to rehab for her makeup addiction..........;)

I can't live without this product...

100% Tea Tree Oil

100% TEA TREE OIL. This can heal a pimple, has great clarifying qualities for hair, is an anti-fungal, anti-itch wonder. Funky shoe stink and smelly feet will disappear with just a small amount of TTO when used regularly. The possibilities are endless....I guess Mother Nature knows what she is doing after all. Thanx Ma!

This little vibrating wonder is worth every penny! I mean come on, anything that vibrates gets my vote! Seriously, this thing is changing my funky skin so much I hardly recognize m'self!

Beauty Blender

O.K., my skin is...... shall we say......... textureized. I have a slight case of facial keratosis pilaris. It isn't obvious that I have this UNTIL I put on foundation. There isn't a primer out there that can smooth the look of KP. However, I have found the one beauty tool that can! This little sponge is the only thing I have ever used that actually makes my makeup go on smooth and even. Love it, wanna marry it, can't..... so we are having a very satisfying affair.
