This is my absolute holy grail quick-dry topcoat.  It dries shinier and harder than Seche Vite or Poshe, while still drying to the touch in around 60 seconds or less.  It's also cheaper than either of the other two, and in my experience it doesn't need to be thinned as quickly or as often.  I don't know how Sally Hansen does it, but this top coat is basically magic.  All of the good points of a quick-dry topcoat and none of the bad ones - it doesn't peel off easily and it doesn't look scuffed by the second or third day like the other two did.  If it ever gets discontinued I will cry.
