I'm a single mom of a 14 year old son that has autism. I work full time and also have 2 small businesses on the side, I am a mosaic artist and a mentor with MentoringForFree.com. I also occasionally breed Smooth Fox Terriers (maybe a litter every 18 months or so).
Sleep. Just ask my fiance. Sleep. Nothing is more important than getting enough sleep everyday.
About 1/2 hour from bed to out the door. I'm not too complicated. My routine? Get out of bed, shower using Wen, get out of shower, wash face, put makeup on, blow dry hair, brush teeth, get dressed, yell at my 13 year old son for the millionth time to GET UP!!! walk our 3 dogs, put all dogs in their respective kennels, walk out the door and drive to work. Takes 30-45 minutes tops.
I don't know if its mortifying but I remember when I was a little girl and my mom and I would visit her mom in California we'd always bring out the oatmeal and all of us would have oatmeal facials during one night of our visit. Don't know if it did anything though.
