I love makeup, even though I do not wear a lot of it. My normal routine consists of concealer, highlighter for eyes, eyeliner, mascara, and lipgloss. I would love to be able to wear blush, however, I already have enough of a natural flush! And I also love drugstore deals :)

My Beauty Secret:
My secret recipe? That would be homemade hair conditioner. Combine about 1/3 cup of good quality olive oil (you can warm it up in the micro if you want) with roughly 10 drops of rosemary essential oil. Smear all over your hair (make sure to massage your scalp well), wrap your head in a towel, and leave on overnight. Shampoo off in a.m. The olive oil moisturizes your hair, while the rosemary e.o. works wonders! (it'll stimulate your hair to grow & will help with unruly hair)

My Celebrity Look-a-like:
Some friends have told me I look like Marilyn Monroe. I do not know where that came from!
Wow! What a fabulous powder foundation. I'm currently using N2, which is a neutral, with both pink and yellow undertones. It works great for me, and my pocketbook likes it too ($15CD for 10g, samples are $1.50CD each.) And a 10g jar will last a long time, I've been using this for over 4 months, I've barely made a dent in it. Also, this foundation does not have bismuth oxychloride in it, so that's a big plus for me.
I have such stick straight lashes, it's ridiculous, so my eyelash curler is an everyday necessity. I've never found the "perfect" eyelash curler, but my usual drugstore ones do the job.
I've used so many different types of lip gloss, but this one is spectacular. Great colour (very sheer gold), all natural (no crummy petroleum), and most important, it is not sticky. Also, if I forget my lip balm when I'm out & about, then no big deal - this gloss moisturizes like crazy. Lastly, I love that I'm supporting a small business.
