working at jo malone i learned the art of making cocktails (no, not the yummy kind you can drink. the ones you apply to yourself) whether it be a hair conditioning cocktail, fragrance cocktail, or skincare cocktail. i can't just use one thing for one reason anymore. my eye gel i also use to cool my face on a hot day, i add fragrance to my unscented eucerin cream to make my scent last all day and have it be a lighter version of directly spraying it on, etc, etc, etc... |

haha! one of my m.a.c.'ettes (it's my nickname for my m.a.c. girls) used to love "priming" my face before we went out. that included tinted moisturizer, bronzer, and tinted lip balm. pffft!!!! |

i used to get "ricky" wilson cruz from my so called life a lot back in high school. i think the oddest comparison i got was someone said i look like a young alan rickman, uh... double you tee eff?!!! |
jo malone protein skin serum
this is one of the main "cocktail" ingredients in my life! i add it to my moisturizer during the day when it's dry or i'm traveling, i add it to my hair creme when i want a shine boost for my hair. i put it directly on my lips when they need extra conditioning. i add it to this nourishing mask that i put on my hands as a hand mask. it's amazing!
Booth's Fruit Enzyme Toner
my neighbor is an Aesthetic Nurse and director at a medi-spa so she gets all sorts of stuff from companies trying to convince her to carry their lines (kinda like having my very own Meg right next door w/ all the stuff I get) anywho, she gave me this toner a few weeks back and I have to admit I've fallen in love with it! it smells amazing, makes my skin feel great not to mention moisturize AND clear out my pores :)
erem/switzerland precision tweezers
let me tell you! these things are my one material posession i will cut you for! come to find out recently, they are actually precision tweezers for micro-electronics! my dad's computer friend left them at our house one day, i found them on my dads desk and since he always stole my tweezers i saw these and gasped and knew i had to have them! that was 8 years ago. i don't know what i would do if i ever lost them (don't even want to think about that!) they are the best thing on this green earth.
