I'm a 21 year old student from Australia. I am currently studying Psychology at uni and I work part time in a Pharmacy. I love to cook (especially desserts) and I love to read.
I also love all manner of bath and beauty products and makeup products. I was never a huge makeup wearer until I decided to try mineral makeup. I'm a big fan of Everyday Minerals, because they are truly natural, great products and very economical too. My makeup vice is definately eyeshadows.

My Routine:
Cleanser: Lush - Aqua Marina, or sometimes Babyface
Toner: Lush - Breath of Fresh Air
Moisturiser: Lush - Celestial
Shampoo: MooGoo
Conditioner: MooGoo
Hair Moisturiser: Virgin Unrefined Coconut Oil
So my makeup routine:
1. Primer - EM Start to Finish in Sunlight, applied with Kabuki Brush
2. Concealer - Under eyes, EM Pick Me Up Pink and Sunlight applied with Eyebuki Brush
3. Eyeshadow - Yes first, that way I don't get any fallout on top of my foundation. Generally I use a creme eyeshadow as a base and then put on what ever colours I like (my everyday favourites are EM's Hot Chocolate on the lid and EM's Autumn Afternoon in the crease) applied with eyeshadow brush.
4. Foundation - EM's Olive Light pressed applied with Flat Top Brush
5. Concealer - EM's Intesive light wherever needed, applied with Eyebuki brush
6. Blush - If I'm in a rush I will just do a simple colour, or if I have a bit of time I will contour with a brown blush, do the ordinary colour and then highlight with a light sparkly blush, using the Fan Blush (my everyday favourites are contour - EM's Launch Party, Blush - EM's DVR Saturday, Highlight - EM's Champagne)
7. Finishing Powder - a light dusting of EM's Natural Reflections Golden Tan with a Kabuki Brush
8. Eyeliner - Mirenesse Gel Liner in Black
9. Mascasa - Mirenesse Secret Weapon Mascara in Black
10. Lip Gloss
Ok..when I write it out like that it looks long, but really its quite quick.
This is such an awsome product, but it has unfortunately been discontinued, so I am on rations for life :(. This a finishing powder that is lucent, not sparkly, but gives you a great glow without making you look oily. It sets my makeup really well and stops it from sliding off. It also has the added bonus of sun protection, although not listed on the packaging, I have found this product to have amazing protective powers against the sun, even better than my sunscreen.
This is a great eyeshadow pallette from Everyday Minerals, made up of Pink Snowflakes, a light pink sparkly blush, Hot Chocolate, a pearl light brown and Samba Lessons, a rich chocolate brown. Its such a convenient way to put on eyeshadow, having the three colours right there in front of you already matched. The formulation of the pressed powder also makes them a bit more vibrant and last longer on the eye.
This is a fantastic mascara that answered all of my mascara prayers. I always used to use waterproff mascara because my eyes can water sometimes (allergies), but I was never happy with the results because my lashes would be left in a dry condition. I received a sample of this mascara and I was curious about it. Its one of those tube type mascaras that forms tubes around your eyelashes that wash off in warm water with a bit of rubbing. It leaves my eyelashes very conditioned, which is great. It is also good because you can achieve buildable lashes from it, i.e. for a more natural day you can put on a bit to achieve the look, but if you are glamming up you can also apply it so that your eyelashes look really long and full.
