I am a creative person, but being a full-time university student & working part-time, I didn't get the time to let my creative juices flow. Then one day I happened to watch make-up videos on YouTube, & from there I started reading beauty-blogs, started my own blog, entered several make-up contests (& won!!). Blogging & entering contests became my hobby (both of which I've neglected recently, sigh). That's when I really started "getting into" make-up & discovered Meg's Makeup.
Even though I do have more experience with makeup than most people that I know, I still haven't tried eyeshadow primers or the CS 88 palette (both of which I am DYING to try). Plus, when I read reviews on Meg's Makeup, I KNOW that there is so much more to try!! I feel like a beauty-product-addict is being formed within me ;)

My Beauty Secret:
The secret to my thick hair that hairdressers compliment me on & try to get me to change my mind if I want to cut it really short is: Parachute's coconut hair oil! It's so weird because I grew up with this product but stopped using it for years because I didn't like the smell that much. I reverted back to this product when my scalp started getting really dry & I knew something had to be done. I just heated this bottle in the microwave for a minute & oiled my scalp & roots. I didn't even realize how thick this treatment made my hair till I was in my hairdressers chair & saw all the hair!! Most Indian (grocery) stores carry this oil & tons of other hair oils, but this is the only hair oil that I've used (besides almond hair oil).
My Routine:
Oh my. Um, lets see.. if this includes showering, doing my hair, getting dressed, & doing my makeup for a special night, then lets just say that I'll have to grab a snack in the middle ;)
My Celebrity Look-a-like:
Bipasha Basu (Bollywood/Indian actress. I've heard this one SO many times that I've lost count); Roselyn Sanchez (according to one of my ex-co-workers I look like her, walk like her, & talk like her); Nicole Scherzinger (I walked into a store & one of the workers was STARING at me & swore she thought I was Nicole from PCD); Priyanka Chopra (Bollywood/Indian actress again. This is the most recent "you remind me of..." kind of comment, but I do not see the resemblance at all). So apparently I look like a whole bunch of celebs. Anyone wanna add to all that? Haha
