Batiste Dry Shampoo
I have really thin oily hair. I usually wash my hair everyday with a Lush Shampoo bar designed for oily hair, which works fantastically. However, there are just some days where we are in a rush, or can't be bothered waiting till the hair dries (and I am not a fan of blow drying my already fine hair).Batiste Dry Shampoo is my answer -- I have used many other brands and they don't work as well. Other brands (Klorane) last me two or three sprays. Batiste lasts me at least 15. I usually just spray my roots area (which gets the dirtiest). I can't say I am overly fond of the scents, but for what it does and its value ($8 AUD), you can't beat it!

Gigi - Thanks for that info! That is quite interestingIf that turns out to be the case I know I can always rely on my Batiste to take care of my hair!! :)
i just found out about dry shampoo. i havent used it yet but maybe i should. i dont like going through the blowdrying and flatironing thing either. that's why i havent washed my hair and i had planned to yesterday.

my hair takes forever to dry and i don't like blowdrying it, so washing my hair can sometimes be a pain. dry shampoo sounds like a good idea, but can it pick up and volumize flat hair? my hair gets really shapeless after a day..
I use this sometimes and I think its great just to tide you over till the next day when you haven't got time to wash it !!!
emeliee - I can't really say for sure. I have pathetic flat hair too and use a volumising paste & hair spray to give my hair body and volume, not the Shampoo. Its not like regular shampoos in that you can get one thats volumising, and one that protects colour. They're all the same just different smells. (Actually found one I like the smell of today!!) It does make my hair a smidge more voluminous but I think its because you rub it into your roots after you spray it on before you brush it out.
I use this all the time as well and HAD to put it in my favourite products category as well!I adore the 'blush' variety - smells lovely and makes my hair look less oily. Win win! :D
Shay - thats the smell of the one I like now!! I'll be continuin to buy that fragrance. I can't live without my Batiste! :)
I love this stuff! It is how much cheaper than all the dry shampoos in Sephora and yet gets the job done!
i was looking for dry shampoos, unfortunatly it isn't too much of a popular prduct ):
I really like how this product works, I just don't like how it looks on my dark hair. I've tried it several times and followed the directions on the bottle, but it leaves little white/gray particles on my head and it's not pretty. I still use it in a pinch, but I think this would work much better on light hair.
I live by this stuff! I have very fine hair which I used to wash every day but ever since I dyed it bright red, the colour fades way too fast if I continue washing it daily. So I've been using Batiste every second day and it keeps my colour lasting longer and my hair doesn't need to be washed all the time. I love the Blush smell too - but since they brought out those limited edition scents I am quite partial to the Boho one.
