Silk Naturals rocks--I may need to get every lipstick they have :D

I do love to play with makeup! I especially like lip glosses and cool eyeliners.

I'm currently obsessed with my nails and nail polishes because I recently stopped biting my nails for the longest time in, oh, 26 years, I guess :) My favorite favorite favorite that I've recently rediscovered is OPI Dulce de Luche--the nudest of nudes, so understated and classy.

On a good day, my start to finish makeup routine takes 15-20 minutes. When I'm dilly dallying about it, longer!

Silk Naturals Kabuki Brush

This brush is the bee's knees. It is super ultra mega soft, CRAZY dense, and synthetic. It applies my SN mineral foundation like a dream, so evenly. It's a bit of a splurge but worth every penny!

Too Faced Shadow Insurance eye primer

I use this every day, at least once a day and sometimes twice if I switch up my look to go out at night. It's much more hygienically packaged than lots of primers out there--a squeeze tube as opposed to a tube with a wand or a pot. It's a bit pricey at about $15-$17 but entirely worth it as it's a quality product AND it lasts forever. One tube has lasted me 9 months so far and there's still a good amount left. It keeps my shadows looking vibrant and crease-free all day.

OPI Nail Colors

I bite my nails like crazy. But in the brief periods when I stop and/or when I feel like painting my toenails, almost all of the nail colors I use are OPI. The array of colors available is awesome--from neutral nudes to WHOA that's bright. Unfortunately during a move last year I lost a lot of my brighter colors, but hey, it's an excuse to get more :D
