MAC Paintpot in Painterly

This really is my go-to primer for eyeshadow. When no other primer is doing it's job properly, this comes to the rescue. Used by itself it is a nude beige colour perfect for natural/nude looks, but when it's used under any eyeshadow it becomes a perfect base. I have never had an eyeshadow crease while I've been using this which is really saying something considering I have oily eyelids. I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone and infact I do recommend it to all my clients.

I love Paint Pots. I have painterly, but I have a couple of other shades. One is a bright electric blue and the other one is a green. They work well as shadows, but I love them as bases. They make colors last longer and look gorgeous. Definitely a good buy.

I've got fairly 'normal' lids and found the paint pots a little rough to get onto my eyelids.However - the staying power is certainly AMAZING! I was lazy and didn't take off my mu overnight and my eyes still looked good the next morning! Crazy! For that I think if it works for you - go for it!! :)
