For those of you out there like me who have optimistically tried organic product after organic product to find one that actually works only to be severely disappointed time after time, I think I have actually found the one that has salvaged my faith in organic skin-care. I have tried just about every low-cost moisturizer that is out there and while this is WAY more expensive than what I would like to spend, I now do not hesitate to fork over the money for this product because it is THAT GOOD. I cannot rave enough about this moisturizer and what it has done for my skin.
I don’t go anywhere without my Burt’s Bees Pomegranate Lip Balm. It goes on smoothly, has a wonderful pomegranate smell, feels moistening but light on the skin, and leaves a beautiful and sheer light berry color on the lips. I do end up reapplying it quite frequently, but I think that is more by choice than by necessity.
As thrifty as I try to be, this is yet one more product that I don’t hesitate to dish out the money for when I need tweezers. I just have not found another brand that can compete when it comes to tweezing very fine hairs from my brows. My one major complaint with Tweezerman is that when it comes to their free sharpening guarantee program (which sounds great) it often takes longer than the four weeks stated on the package & the tools seem to become dull much more quickly than I expect them to, so I often end up buying a new pair instead of going through the hassle of sending them in and waiting to get them back. And yet, I keep going back…
