My Beauty Secret: 

Don't drink caffeine before applying extravagant liquid eyeliner...it will make your hand jittery! Also, if you line your upper eyes with a dark liner (like the Aqua Eyes liner from Make Up Forever) before you apply your false eyelashes, it will make it easier for the lashes to blend in for a dramatic upper eye!

My Routine: 

One hour for the full business. I can rush it, but if we're talking all the way from using a mattifier and primer to the last all over dusting of powder, then one full hour is what it takes.

My Horror Story: 

Not wearing enough makeup throughout junior high will always haunt me through whatever lingering photos I haven't destroyed!

My Celebrity Look-a-like: 

I've heard Catherine Zeta-Jones and Linda Carter. I'll take it!

I can't live without this product...

Revlon ColorStay Foundation

Oily or combination fair-skinned gals should consider Revlon's enduring ColorStay Foundation (I use "Buff") for a matte finish and coverage that will last all day long. I truly put my makeup through its paces and my foundation stays put all day into evening with only minor touch-ups required at 5 p.m. This isn't a foundation for everyone, but it is truly a magical elixir for those with skin similar to mine.

Smashbox PhotoFinish

Protect your skin and provide a smooth canvas for your makeup by using this excellent primer before applying foundation! Sue Devitt's primer comes close, but Smashbox's original PhotoFinish is still my favorite!

blinc Kiss Me Mascara

What more can I possibly say about this mascara that hasn't already been said. You'll walk away looking like you have fantastic lashes when you use this product. I use this mascara as an alternative to subdued but full false lashes.
