I am an Esthetician/Skin Therapist and Makeup Artist & i LOVE my career : ) ....there's something to be said about helping people relax & feel beautiful each day!

I am married to a wonderful man & we have a 3.5 yr old little boy <3 ...we also live with 2 rescued greyhounds!

My Beauty Secret:

definitely cleansing my face TWICE both morning & nite (1st wash to remove dirt, oil, makeup, etc....2nd to actually let the cleanser work with my skin)

loyal Dermalogica user.....(I use it @ work, but I believe in it too!) but throw some other products in here & there.....still always a sucker for something new!

exfoliate*hydrate*moisturize*sunscreen : p

My Routine:

daily......straight to business...i'm lucky if i get up in time!! (that's the fault of my down comforter & my brains ability to completely ignore the "BEEP BEEP BEEP" and stay happily in dreamland!)

for those special times.......i think i prolong the experience...get the music going...extra long shower (of course these are the times when i MUST shave my legs) face & makeup a few products @ a time....always pausing for those sips of wine of course! ....lots of time planning the eyes ..trying to get creative, but it never turns out on my eyes like it does on others! ....and then comes the hair - which i can't do much with...& then staring @ numerous clothing pieces laying out trying to decide what's going to make me feel the best that nite.....

...this may call for another glass of wine!!

My Horror Story:

nothing too crazy yet.......although under a black light - my face is a horror story of its own...COMPLETELY covered with hyperpigmentation....trying to control it now in hopes of not scaring anyone when I"m 50 & the HP monster decides to show it's face!

.....curses to the sun & genetically susceptible skin .....

My Celebrity Look-a-like:

i've never been told that i look like anyone!!

my favorite product from the line....and always the first I recommend (when appropriate) to clients & friends! a gentle exfoliant made from rice powder designed to be used every day!!once mixed with water, the product emulsifies and resembles frothy eggwhites (& the gritty powder is gone!) ....you're left with an exfoliant that (with the help of alpha hydroxy acids) washes away dead skin, smooths the surface (you can feel this cleansing it off!), keeps my 'oil slick' @ bay, and best of all ~ brightens the skin revealing a glowing face :)i've had friends say they've received compliments after only one use...& it smells great too!a must try...You'll be hooked!
