Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! Also, exfoliate at least 3X a week. I try to eat very healthy, organic food, take vitamins and exercise. I believe in moderation -- no extreme and depriving diets/exercise programs.
My Routine:
For work, I try to limit my routine to 30 minutes from shower to out the door. Having a 2 year old has pushed me to be more efficient with my morning routine. For a night out on the town, I give myself an hour to get "glam".
My Horror Story:
Hmm - where do I begin? At-home perms/color, self haircuts, "sun-in", mismatched foundation, frosted lipstick... too many beauty disasters in my lifetime.
