Take care of your health. Good health= good skin. Breakouts = something your body has to take out through your skin. Eat well, drink lots of water and excercise. I'm oversimplifying of course but pretty much thats what you have to do.
My Routine:
mmm, straight to business is like 30 minutes, incuding a made up eye that used like 10 different eyeshadows! yes ofcourse. 30 minutes!
My Horror Story:
Blessed with disgusting teenage skin - aka huge red pimples that felt incredibly at home on my forehead, I bought mac studio fix at the local mall. I went and broke out the sponge and used it to apply the powder. No buffing over with a soft brush, just disguting gross and caky powder.
My Celebrity Look-a-like:
Once I had dark red long hair and was wearing a black dress and was told I look like Penelope Cruz. Now that I have short black hair, Natalie Portman. I WISH! lol
Imagine an awesome tan, sculpted cheeks, rosyapples and the glow of a six year old. We're not imagining Gisele Bundchen, we're imagining someone with a perfectly milled and colored bronzer and a really good cream blush. Cargo Bronzer is long lasting, has little bits of shimmer for a luminous face and has shades for every color of the rainbow! It even absorbs extra oiliness from my sunscreen and gives a soft glow! Depending on your tastes of color for blush, you can get every texture - translucent, matte, and very shimmery from tarte cheekstains. So long lasting and so easy to use - it works for those oily complexions who sweat off cream blush but want that "from within glow".
Eyeliner is so hard to keep right. You might be a pro at applying it, but staying power is such a biggie. I'd rather have eyeliner on a deserted islland than blush, so if i would pick one makeup item that i could not stand to have smudge - it would be eyeliner. Both gel and pencil eyeliners have gorgeous vibrant hues and neutral ones too, to be able to amp up the gorgeous in your eyes. A good dark blue or dark green eyeliner is all one really needs to make brown eyes pop and gorgeous-ify your eyes! Gorgeous-ify haha :)
I like Juice Organics Brightening Cleanser. Thats all i can say. Its not expensive, and it doesn't strip moisture or make my skin peel. On the other hand it doesn't over-moisturize and oilify my skin! Just a good solid cleanser made with no soap and alot of natural extracts and juices that are good for your skin!I'm a lazy sunscreen user. I have little to no patience to rub in a zombie-tan inducing lotion that is thick and greasy. In the summer, bronzing lotion= bronze goddess, whereas greasy sunscreen only amplifies the lack of sun = pasty vampire. No good! I love the ease of a spray sunscreen that fairly quickly absorbs, and because I always overapply to my face and eye area especially - thats always a huge deal! Olive oil is just a great staple that everybody should have in their bathroom! Easily takes out eye makeup, and so much more. Very honestly speaking, there are fifty million different uses! For massage, eyelash treatments, eye & face & neck & hands & body moisturization, its moisturizing properties are even better than vaseline - especially for eyelashes.
