Stila Cherry Crush Lip & Cheek Stain
WOW! This lip/cheek stain works great! I love stains that make your lips look flushed red naturally - as they are when you are a child. It seems that cherry shade when done in a stain almost makes you lips seem fuller in a "born this way" manner. This particular shade also seems to add life to my winter dull skin. The name Cherry Crush is perfect for this - it even smells of cherries but not in an overwhelming way. If you find lip stains drying - you can apply a lip balm over top of the stain however, I found this stain not as drying as others I have tried. The applicator works great and makes it easy to bring along with you. There is no color transfer onto your coffee cup and I have found it lasts a long time on the lips (This is the first cheek/lip stain that I have tried that the color didn't disappear from the inside pout of my lip after drinking a liquid.) I put some on when it arrived yesterday afternoon and my lips still had color this morning even after eating dinner and brushing my teeth. It wasn't spotty color either...though lighter then my initial application color left behind after applying yesterday afternoon - it was an even shade of blush still there upon my lips this morning. I tried a bit on the apples of my cheeks - just a bit....and it worked nicely! I didn't want to much on my cheeks as I wanted my lips to stand out...just put a touch to brighten up my skin. It smooths into the skin easily. This product is fantastic. Give it a try. Even the packaging is pretty! The description on the Stila site mentions it will slightly change shade due to PH levels in an individual's skin to give you your own personal color. Don't worry though - it isn't like those green lipsticks that turned HOT PINK once applied upon your lips of days gone by...just a lovely, wonderful product! $24.00

I've been pretty happy with this stain, but not thrilled. The packaging could definitely use some work, I hate how I either get nothing out or way too much! And it starts to wear off when I eat or drink, but only around the inside of my lips, so it can look like I'm wearing strange lipliner lol. I do like it as a cheek stain, too, and less wearing off there.
