About Me:

I am a jeans and t-shirt girl. I started Cat Cosmetics 8 years ago and like every girly-girl, am obsessed with cosmetics so this is a fun hobby that turned into a business for me. I am in love with my clients! I spent 29 years on daytime television, most notably as crazy-bitch Lindsay Rappaport on ONE LIFE TO LIVE for the past 12. Discovering that I had no unmet dreams as an actress, I went back to school 4 years ago to pursue my true passion, Hypnosis. Today, I am an advanced clinical and stage hypnotist. I am a proud member of the National Guild Of Hypnotists, and believe everything begins and ends with the mind. My Beauty Secret:

First and foremost, my mind. Then, Cat Cosmetics. I smoke my eyes (SMOLDER) then add a lip gloss that will light up my face (RICH) and warm up with bronzer (OSCAR GLOW) I swear it makes me feel 10 years younger, and that's no joke!
Prior to this little 2 minute routine, I'm a little washed out. I used to joke that I looked like something left out on a McDonalds warming tray, but I don't talk that way to myself anymore :)

My Routine:

I use my own products, not because I make them, but because I have yet to find any others I like as much. I buy and try everything. It's important to know what people are making. I find that the independents make better products than the big boys. When I find good things in other lines, I love to write about them. I had my own column in SOAP OPERA DIGEST for 8 years called PRODUCT QUEEN. So I know what beauty editors go through. I used to PRAY for something that would excite me to write about!

My Horror Story:

For the love of God, stay away from rejuvaderm, it makes the face look un-natural and puffy in weird places. I went to get a little filler, and got talked into this stuff as the "latest."
Thinking it was just a line filler, I said "sure!" and before I knew it, I was unrecognizable. I couldn't even sip soda out of a straw or whistle. My smile changed (I loved my smile!) I had no idea. All I can say is, Thank the MAKER that it wears off. People get too much plastic surgery and injectables. Whenever I hypnotize someone, even if just for a few minutes, it relaxes the facial muscles so much that they look like children when they wake up. Get your life right and you'll be amazed at how it will take the years off.
