You shouldn't have to tell people this anymore but....Wash your face AT LEAST twice a day. The more makeup you wear, if you smoke, drink, don't get enough rest etc. it shows. The face is the first to go because it's always exposed to the elements of your life. Wash in the AM and at night. Follow a routine, don't use to harsh of a cleanser and ALWAYS moisturize with SPF. Talk to your Dermatologist (get one if you need to) about products that are right for you.
My Routine:
If I am alone and get right down to it 30-40 mins. Smoke breaks etc 60 mins, if I'm with Chi Chi or the husband is hogging up space, I may realize that we won't ever be leaving and give up after 2 hours.
My Horror Story:
My mom and my grandmother do no have eyebrows. Not joking, they don't. I grew up watching my grandmother "Paint eyebrows" and it terrified me. I swore that I was never going to touch mine because of the trauma of painted brows. I finally broke down and had the girl who cuts my hair (once a year) to wax them for me. She was so excited that it kind of creeped me out. I sit in the chair and she goes to work. About 40 seconds into it another persons site down next to me to have hers done. 7 and I am not kidding 7 people came and went during the first brow alone. Another one of the woman working at the salon came over to see if everything was ok because it was taking so long. The girl said "Yeah she is just really bushy". OMG I wanted to die. Other woman waiting stood up to look at the strips of eyebrows she had removed.
My Celebrity Look-a-like:
Some people have told me Alcia Silverstone, I don't see it.
I am never ever without my Peppermint Chapstick. In my life I have found myself standing outside of my car keys, purse and phone locked inside it (urggg) but I had my Peppermint Chapstick in my hand so all was well. I can't even use the Cherry or any other since they came out with this.
