If you want glitter to stay on your legs for a night of disco dancing or something, apply it and then spray some aerosol hairspray over it! Voila. it won't move until you shower.
My Routine:
If I have an idea in mind and I focus, I can be glam in 15 minutes. I have a ridiculously over-sized bathroom so i have plenty of room to spread out my tools. If I decide to try something new, sometimes it takes me 2 or 3 times to be happy with it.
