I love this stuff.  I have fine hair and any kind of product I use quickly causes build-up.  I shampoo with this about once a week, just to get my hair really clean.  It really makes your regular shampoo and conditioner work so much better!  I'm borderline obsessed...  I've tried the more expensive stuff, but this is it for me.
