Exercise,Hydration,Sunscreen (year round!),Boar Bristle Hair Brush (reduces static, smoothes & shines),Leave conditioner in your hair for as long as possible,Diligence (exercise & skincare need to be daily habits if optimal results are desired.),Fruits, Veggies, Whole Grains, Lean non-animal protein.
My Routine:
I actually enjoy getting up waaaay earlier than need be (must be from living in Germany as a child; they are all about the punctuality). So I always have plenty of time to get dressed, coiffed, dolled up, and still have time for a healthy breakfast. So I'm guessing (including shower & extra studying/socializing before class) about an hour (I'm in denial-- I'm sure there's an extra 30 min. or so devoted to my vanity).
My Horror Story:
I cut my bangs the day before school pictures in 3rd grade. My mom was pissed. Eventually the lock of hair grew out and started to curl and my mom and brother referred to it as the "quail curl". So for a number of months I really was "The Girl with a Curl in the Middle of Her Forehead"....
My Celebrity Look-a-like:
Robin Wright Penn in "The Princess Bride", Gwyneth Paltrow, Kirsten Dunst, any Hollywood blonde, etc. The saleswoman at Burberry said that I belonged in a convertible next to Cary Grant. Now that's a compliment!
