Who's Your Celebrity Top 5 that you get a "Free Card" with?!?!? - Like Ross had on "Friends"
Today's celebrity post got me inspired. Remember the "Friends" episode where Ross laminated a list of the top 5 celebrities he gets to sleep with if given the chance and Rachel couldn't get mad? Well...I think it would be fun to find out who YOU would laminate. Ok...here go mine in VERY specific order (and I would never cheat on my husband so this is just "for fun").#5 - Sean Connery. I don't care how old he gets...that eyebrow, those eyes, that voice. It just gets me. Sean is FOREVER SEXY.#4 - Sam Elliot. I have always had a thing for this man and he breaks ALL my rules (not a fan of long hair). He's not my type at all but there is something about his SHEER raw sexiness and THAT VOICE that just melts me. Move me around the dance floor and speak in my ear. That would be enough for me! He just gets sexier every year.#3 - John Taylor. I loved Duran Duran as a child and still do. I saw him in concert a few years back and this man is STILL smokin' hot. Everyone was a Simon LeBon nut...not me. I just wanted John! John in a headband...RUFF!#2 - Vince Vaughn specific to the Swingers and Wedding Crashers days. I have a thing for TALL guys and funny just nails it. Something about his lower lip makes me just want to suck it off! I would climb this man like a tree! Plus he can dance and looks phenomenal in a cowboy hat.drumroll please...and there is NO surprise here...#1 - HARRY CONNICK JR. Now even if given the chance I would NEVER actually sleep with him because I respect his marriage and his beautiful wife but of anyone...its him I love! My only wish in life is to get to meet him in person just to say Hi. Harry in Hope Floats...OMG I'm dying. Justin Matisse is MY KIND OF MAN!Wow...I didn't realize how many older men I get crushes on. There are younger guys I think are hot. Paul Walker and Ryan Phillippe sandwich anyone!? But there was always something lacking...maybe life wisdom and grittiness. That's sexy to me. To me its not always about pretty boy sexy...they've got to have a quality like Sam and Harry that just shake you to the core!SPILL IT GIRLS...who's on YOUR LIST!!!

Ok-This is fun. I totally remember this episode. And of course I would never, ever cheat on my husband either-but I will play along.Here is my list in particular order:*Clive Owen-He is British. This obviously gives him massive points. And he is just such a man. There is just something so sexy about him. And I love that he has been married for a long time through fame and anonymity. *Mark Ruffalo-He is such a puppy dog. He seems so sweet and kind. He just looks like the guy next door. And I find this so appealing. He too has been happily married for a long time.*Paul Rudd-He is also kind of a sexy every man. But he is also incredibly sly and funny. I love to laugh. And he cracks me up. His sense of humor and comic timing are incredibly sexy! Here is another long time married guy.*Jason Segal-I sort of love tall dorky guys. And I fell in love with him back in Freaks and Geeks. And he has an excellent sense of humor. So sexy!*Paul Giamatti-Yes, he is kind of "schelpy" if you will. But I sometimes like that every man. He is such a brilliant actor. He really makes you believe that he is that character. I really fell in love with his everyman struggles in Sideways and The Lady in the Water. Something about him is so appealing!

Kind of Sean Connery but younger version. But don't get me wrong I think Connery will always be sexy too, no matter what age and I'm really not into older men.#3 Owen Wilson - I love that croaked nose and that playfull smile of his. His brother Luke is not too bad either.#2 Johnny Depp - He was the sexiest pirate as Jack Sparrow. Huge fan of his acting. He his one of those actors that can play any roles and does a GREAT job. So talented and so handsome.Drum roll!!!!#1 Matthew Mcconauhey - Have you ladies seen his abs and that sexy smile of his. He's got that mister bad guy look. hmmm hmmm.... When I first met my husband there was a picture of Mr. Mcconahey on my desk at work. There was an inside joke going around, that my fiance at the time didn't exist, soon to be "ex" as soon as I met my husband. He never accompanied me to any of my work function, so all my co-workers kept saying he didn't really exist, that I had just made him up. So I had framed a picture of my beloved Matthew that I would just stare at all day long. ahhhhh.... ;-)This was fun!
Vincent D. is awesome. Watch him in "The Whole Wide World". He is a brilliant actor. He is my husband's favorite. I think that he is on my husband's list!

Angie -- Now I have to rent Mystic Pizza. One of my friends pointed out to me that he is really heavy and has a receding hairline this season, and I don't even care! And I'm usually so superficial about those things, lol!
Oh, and some friends dragged me to see "Twilight", and I was sitting there texting throughout, bc, you know, I'm not 12 -- and then Edward came onscreen and I was pretty much transfixed for the rest of the film. And I was so relieved when I found out he was 25 in real life, and not the 17 year old he played, bc I was really starting to feel a little creepy. I'm not into the whole vampire thing, but he was seriously hot!
Mystic Pizza is a great movie. You will also catch a young Matt Damon. But Vincent is the best!!
Lovelovelove Vincent D'Onofrio, kelli. And yes, "The Whole Wide World" is when I fell for him like a sack of rocks. Thud. Even though his looks have taken a nose dive in L&O:CI these past seasons, his voice is still to die for, and his talent is blazing hot.
I am so glad that someone else has seen that wonderful movie. He is still super hot in my book no matter how he has aged or changed. There is something about his voice. I know that some people take issue with his weight fluctuations. But I heard that when he did Full Metal Jacket and gained a ton of weight for the role it really changed his metabolism. So he has since then tended to have dramatic and frequent fluctuations. Also it made his skin really elastic. Which is part of why they gave him the role in Men in Black. His skin was really easy to do special effects make-up with. Weird, huh?
I just assumed that he was doing it for the role, bc Det. Goren has been through so much that it has aged him. I agree with you, though, Kellie, he is totally hot no matter what. He's so intense.
lulu, oh yeah, Matt Damon is pretty hot too. And seems so down to earth. Matthew McConaughey is so hot (and I loved him in How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days), but kind of weird "in real life"...

Drop everything, right now, and send your fingers dancing over to Netflix and check out "Sweet Dreams," the Patsy Cline bio with Jessica Lange. I defy anyone to see that movie and not fall for Ed Harris as her husband, Charlie Dick (what a name!,) with his blazing blue eyes and his sweet, sweet grin. Or how about "The Right Stuff," where he plays John Glenn and totally stole my beating heart out of my chest as he told his stuttering sweetheart of a wife to Just Say No to Lyndon B. Johnson's demands to offer "comfort." The man is amazing as an actor, but he is also yummy. Hey, maybe I'm trapped in the wrong body: all my gay friends love him, too!

Actually I do like Ed a lot. Especially in Milk Money and The Truman Show. Ed in a beret is pretty damn cute! Funny thing is my husband likes him a lot and I was teasing him last night that Ed should be on HIS list! He can laugh because he's secure enough in his masculinity to tease him about that! Oh...and Artcandy...the Nip/Tuck guy is Julian McMahon. He plays Christian Troy and I just LOVE him on that show. I love twisted and that show is BEYOND twisted. Its just pissing me off because the seasons are now too short and too far apart. Its dying the Sopranos fate. WHY WHY WHY do they do that to us? A show gets wildly popular you think they'd capitalize on it but NO...they drag on hiatus endlessly until we stop caring! WHAT THE HELL!!!!! But Christian...he's such a cocky bastard and I LOVE him for it!I do have to laugh a bit because I think I'm the only woman on the planet that Johnny Depp does nothing for. I adore his talent and think he's a wonderful actor but every time I see him all I can think of is "take a shower". I don't like dirty. Ew. Same goes for the Twilight guy. Wash your hair dude!

Oh...and totally by chance I got home last night and watched "New in Town". Renee was not my favorite in this movie...though she had her cute moments but Harry was still SO cute and I LOVE him scruffy! The down home guy gets me every time. I'd hunker down in a hunting bunker with him any time...though I won't be killing any animals while I do it! Plus...he just added wearing plaid flannel to my list of things I find incredibly sexy.Just an FYI...I grew up in a mountain logging town called Weed. DON'T laugh...I love my hometown. Anyway...a logger who wears plaid shirts, carhartts, work boots and smells of wood chips just gets my engines running! My husband recently helped cut up a fallen tree and I couldn't take my eyes off of him!

I have not seen this show yet Joan. But I adored the show Rome, the men of Rome, and Purfoy's Mark Antony was no exception. He is fine!! I really need to watch The Wire. Everyone says that it is the best!And no, I never would have left Clive off of my list!
Kellie76 have you watch "Greenfingers" with Clive? It's not new, it came out in 2001. But we recently got this on Netflix and it was very moving, touching movie. I'm pretty sure too it was base on a true story of Colin Briggs. Very good! AND OOOHHHH He looks so good.

Indi, Sean Connery is fine at any age. He is as sexy in Robin and Marian with Audrey Hepburn as he was in Dr. No. He was just as sexy in The Untouchables. He will be sexier dead than any dozen men alive, period. (He might smell a bit, but nobody's perfect.) Speaking of which, Gerard Depardieu, who yo-yos in weight more than Oprah, is sexy at any weight. And his son is sexy too, but never as much as his father. Check him out in Truffaut's The Woman Next Door, or The Last Metro, Green Card or my favorite, the 6-hour French TV version of The Count of Monte Cristo. Then there is Marlon Brando at over 300 pounds in The Freshman. There is that scene where Matthew Broderick is brought to an ice skating rink to meet with his "Godfather" character, and Brando ice dances to "I Want to Be Around" with such grace it is almost impossible to believe he had to learn how to skate for the role. Of course he was coached by Sandra Bezic, but still. Sexy.
