What Did You Use Today?

Last night I took a marvelous bath using half a LUSH Marathon Bubble Bar from my stash. It was grand. I love a hot tub, something marvelous to scent and soften my skin, a good book, and a beverage. Last nights beverage was a tall glass of iced water.Tonight I haven't chosen anything yet. I usually go by what strikes my fancy when I am drawing the tub.

Today was a no makeup day for me! I used some moisturizer & Aussie Moist Shampoo and Conditioner.
No makeup today for me either. Still 94 degrees here in Orlando w/ a heat index of 100 degrees! For skin care I:-Washed my face with alba pineapple enzyme cleanser (im outta proactiv)-used proactiv toner-applied a layer of Juice Beauty Blemish Clearing Serum all over my entire face-I was bad today and I didn't moisturize. But the Juice Beauty makes me feel very moisturized anyway!
Today I ran out of shaving cream but in an effort to use up things I NEVER use and to save money, I decided to follow advice that many people gave and used conditioner that I don't use as a shaving cream. It worked great and my legs are actually softer.Plus I don't have to buy more cream for a while now!

I love the tip on conditioner for shave cream. It so works. I use a Venus Razer now, so skip the shave cream, but, when I need it is always there.Last nights bath - a third of LUSH Something Wicked This Way Comes with Blackberry Bomb - heavenly.
i often uce conditioner instead of shaving foam i thought i was the only one lol today was a no make up day for me too lol they are few and far between i look about 15 withiut my ''war paint'' on
just wore some eyeshadow
I thought that Lush discontinued the Marathon bar... it was one of my faves. I took a bath with the Creamy Candy bubble bar today, so yummy.
Conditioner works really well. I even heard or using lotion or baby oil to shave.
I just used my Johnsons moisturizing Tea Shower Gel as a shaving gel and shower gel. my legs feel moisturized and i saved some time :)
I did a pumpkin enzyme mask, a spray tan, a deep conditioning treatment with a repairing mask from Sebastian, and VS Beauty Rush lip balm. I just got new highlights yesterday, and I'm trying to air-dry and apply lots of leave-in conditioner so I can minimize some of the damage.
They did. But I stocked up and use it sparingly. Which ticks me off cause I love it.
Erica, what kind of pumpkin enzyme mask? I bought a pumpkin mask from Sephora a few years back, it was the Sephora Brand and I LOVED it so much, but, they quit making it. I would love to find something like it. It was extraordinary - very gingery too as I recall.
Today I took the BEST shower with Empowermint 3 in 1 by Philosophy, the Empowermint Salt Scrub and followed with Empowermint Body Butter. This is so refreshing! Of course, they discontinued it last year, but, I stocked up big time. I love this so much.Anyone know of anything similiar that is nice and refreshing on a hot summer's day?
I'm at my parents house for the week so I don't really hve my stash with me. But I have some hotel-stolen goodies...We have a timeshare through Hyatt and my dad and I stayed at the property in Aspen back in March and all of their hotel toiletries are L'Occitane! (LOVE IT!)...So I stole a little Verbena showergel out of our stash!

(ugh .... finger vomit). Anyhow, but the light fresh Verbena is great when I barely turn the water on because I want to take a cold shower to get out of the 100+ heat.

Oh, about the pumpkin enzyme mask. It's by a company called verikira, I bought it on beautyticket.com, for about $10, and I really like it a lot. I had been using BBW's Pumpkin mask, which is discontinued, and finally all used up. This one is a good replacement, though.
i used the bubble bath they have. i like it but it says long lasting and they are wrong it also turns the water colors which i really dont mind just the bubble not lasting
My bubbles never last, either, but I think it is because I live in the city, and the water is hard. I keep letting water out, adding more bubble bath and running more water into the tub.
i used the lotion to shave once and it made my legs feel so soft... i wonder why i stopped??? hmmm.. well theres a thought

I use the cheap lavender bubble bath and i love it! i relaxes me so much! i almost fall asleep in the tub everytime!

If you put some baking soda in the tub first, it will soften the water, you will get more bubbles and they will last a bit longer. Half a cup or so. Put it under the running water first so it can disolve, you still might need to give a stir. You can also add a good pinch of baking soda to a bottle of kids bubbles to make them more irredescent and longer lasting.
Thanks, that's a great idea! Now I need to remember to get some baking soda.
I have the shallowest bath tub ever made! So for me it's always a shower with a nice lavender scented shower gel. It's not the most relaxing, but it gets me clean! :-)
I used Aussie shampoo and lavender scented shower gel from Bath and Body works.
I used eco store rose and cardamom shower gel. I use a venus razor too, but I find that the gel strips fall off before the razor goes blunt, so I just pull the little plastic bit around the head off, and keep using it with shave cream. Just thought I'd put that tip out there, because before I was changing the heads allllll the time :)
