I found this article to be more than a little condescending and definitely a specific lifestyle choice.. that doesn't mean it's the best choice for everyone, as this blogger seems to indicate. She never sited sources for alleged facts..but thanks for sharing!

Yep it's definately a lifestyle choice, one that I don't follow, but do find interesting to read about and learn things occasionally. :)

...didn't like her views one bit.Especially the "you're growing older so accept it" bit.VERY condescending and not what chicks are about at any age with any color hair these days! :)
Alot of that is opinion, like your hair color isnt attractive. I dont like my natural hair color and I feel better about myself when I dye it so why not.And the fact that hair doesnt need vitamins.... Sure hair is dead but it needs vitamins to grow healthy shafts. what goes into your body directly effects what comes out like skin, hair and nails.Lol and I definittally wont accept growing old ;) I'll fight it to my last breath!!!

OK girls....I must say i agree with her on most of this stuff but......she doesn't say it in the most diplomatic or charming of ways ;)I also say--do what makes you happy so ....CHEERS!
Here we have a person who doesn't know the first thing about writing in an objective way. What she is saying is mostly true, though not the whole truth.Coating our hair in easy to remove, harmless chemicals does make it more managable, less prone to tangle and break etc. Just like applying oil to old wooden furniture makes the wood less likely to crack and oil to leather makes it soft and managable. Just because something is dead does not mean it doesn't need tender loving and care.Secondly, hair does grow. It needs fuel to do so. Admittedly, we cannot change the quality of the already grown hair by applying vitamins to it. But we can ensure that the new grown hair is strong and healthy by eating right. And what about our scalp? I know my scalp needs frequent moisturising etc. not to break out in rashes and whatnot.I do think it pointless to pour a lot of nasty chemicals down the drain, but a bit of moisture, oil and vitamins does go a long way to keep at least my hair happy. Oh, and brushing with a good brush and not overwashing.
not tooo much of an eau natural type of deoderant wearerrr i much better prefer just buying it... heheee.
Thank God we have the right to choose for ourselves.Personally, my method of getting rid of split ends is getting regular haircuts. Color is a personal choice.
