Ordering on topshop.co.uk abroad : no problems?

I'd love to try Topshop clothes and I live in Belgium. The UK site looks incredible with fabulous clothes. I heard that shipping from topshop and customer service was bad, but I'm still not sure.Anyone had an experience with buying from Topshop.co.uk?
