Exercises with exercise bands?

Hi ladies! I just bought some of those latex exercise bands from Walmart (you know, the colorful 8"x36" or so sheets?). I'm going on a 1.5 week long trip with my family (a total of 4 days of driving in the car, and 7 days at the destination) and thought these would be great, small and lightweight! The bands come with some exercises, but I was wondering if my lovely Megettes knew of any really good exercises to do with these. Bonus points for exercises I can do in the car! (I'm not driving :P )

The bands look like this, but are different colors, FYI.http://www.amazon.com/Valeo-VA7657MU-Stretch-Bands/dp/B0007IS714/ref=sr_...

I use bands with P90X. You can stick them in the door and emulate pull-ups to work your arms and back, step on them for bicep curls, pull them up over your head to work your shoulders.I don't know about what to do with them in the car though!
There should be loads of videos showing different exercises on you tube. Also I love the exercise videos on http://www.fitnessmag.com/ and you can put any range of clips together to make a workout to suit your needs-its all free ,another brilliant place for this is http://www.shape.com/ -theres actually great clips using bands with piliates exercises on shape.com-hope this helps.

I love Thera Bands! Mari Windsor has a GREAT video, you can get a TOTAL body workout using them "as if" they were a Pilates Reformer...you will be sore and see results fast! :)
...you can sit on them and do cross-overs,tricep curls from behind your head, and bicep curls too!
Thanks kingtaco and potionprincess. I know there are tons out there, but as with any exercise, some work better than others, so that's why I asked. :P I'll definitely have to look at fitnessmag and shape!
