Diet Plans Set Out.. and Ready to Print ??
Does anyone know of a website that has like menus for a week or whatever with a good diet plan?I want to start eating better so I can benefit from my workouts more, but I don't know what to eat! I know what's healthy, but I want to know actual meals and stuff I can eat also. I think I would stick with it better if I already have all my meals for the day planned out and wrote down, ya know. I've been looking around and can't find any. I'm thinking of buying the 30 Day Shred video after reading the reviews here. But I def. want to make sure I'm going to get the results from it before I spend the money. I just want to tone up and get tighter, so whatever helps builds and repair muscle is what I need. And I know what you eat is a very important factor.

You could try weight watchers, they make the diet fool proof-as long as you stick with it. When you enter your information you can choose if you want to lose weight or maintain. If you join online they have tons and tons of recipes and you can write down what you eat for each meal and how many glasses of water you have. You can even keep track of your exercise. It's a great site.Have you ever tried protein shakes? From what I understand if you have one after you work out (weight training) it helps repair your muscles quicker leading you to get more tone. I use zero carb isopure. It's only 110 calories it tastes decent and fills you up for a while. On the container it recommends 2 scoops, but most women only need 1.What is your workout routine like? I like to change up my routine as often as possible. I'm starting a new kickboxing class tomorrow and am very nervous!!
Sparkpeople has menu plans if you want to use them. You can also track all your food and workouts. I love Sparkpeople. And it's free!
A friend of mine did really well using www.ediets.com/
Sparkpeople.com worked well for me too. They have meal plans, workout plans, and a neat section where you can keep track of what you've eaten and the calories. It is kind of time consuming, but it works really well and it's free!
I agree with mileena, sparkpeople has meal suggestions for each meal and snack, and also keeps track of your workouts! And it's FREE!I prefer livestrong.com/thedailyplate because I like the layout better, but it doesn't have meal suggestions and you have to pay for certain services :(If you want other meal suggestions/replacements, hungry-girl.com has good suggestions :) It doesn't plan them out for you, but it has healthy replacements for unhealthy foods, which is nice especially when you are first starting to eat healthy and miss the taste of familiar stuff :)
