Beauty Pillow anyone?
I am a huge fan of sleep, especially sleeping on my stomach, sleeping on one side of my face on the edge of my pillow (strange but true). I find it is the most comfortable and I don't sleep as well when I'm on my back for some reason. Recently I found out there have been studies shown that people who sleep on their face in their pillow can get more wrinkles because of gravity and smushing your face into a pillow. Eeek! No one ever told me that and I had to find out online (I must say at first I refused to believe it but it makes more sense now). I've seen these pillows www.ezantiaging.com (they are anywhere online when you search beauty pillow) however I was wondering if anyone use this? Does it "work"? Uh, I don't want to resort to sleeping on my back, I may have to lol.

That looks to me like a regular pillow with a satin pillowcase. You can purchase satin pillowcases anywhere (Walmart, Kohl's, Target, etc) fairly cheaply. I sleep on my stomach too and I heard about the lines and wrinkles thing a long time ago, but honestly, I'd rather have a good night's sleep in whatever position I find most comfortable, than worry about wrinkles. :) Satin pillowcases are very nice though, I used to have one. They are good at keeping your hair nice too, like if you styled it nice during the day and want it to look the same when you wake up, this pillowcase does the trick!

ugh I have tried SO hard to sleep on my back!! I just cant do it, and I have wrinkle and I hate it...this pillow looks like a rip off though...its just the pillowcase and it cant possibly stop you from getting wrinkles.

No matter how hard I try I just can't get used to sleeping on my back either. Even if I manage to fall asleep when I wake up I'm always on my side, so I guess I'll just have to deal with the wrinkles.

God I know I always try to sleep on my back and end up on my side-a sarin pillowcase is supposed to do the trick-silkskin are supposed to do the trick because with the satin pillowcase your face slides around instead of bein squashed into the pillowall night-there was a promotional item at roc-I think its still on they have a 3-in 1 anti ageing lotion and are giving away a free satin pillowcasewith it at the moment.Meg did a piece in here before about anti ageing bedlinen with copper threads interwoven through them-the piece and info should still be on here somewhere if you havea look around.

i am looking for a nice pillow, so i can have a good sleep.
I know it is beneficial to sleep on a satin pillow, because your face kind of slides off it, instead of sticking to it. You don't get all that creasing and wrinkling. It's also supposed to be good for your hair, preventing breakage, it acts on the same principle.
