Their brushes are pretty good for the price and it's easy to make a fairly large brush collection cheaply with ELF brushes. The Studio line ones are pretty high quality
ok... just curious...is there anything wrong with this company????I mean... Theyre regular prices are CHEAPand then they go and do 75 percent off.. UUUh that makes all their eye colors 75 cents...?!?!?!?!Ive never used this line before but... IM really REALLY tempted to buy some stuff right now.... Lol theres already stuff in my basket... im just hesitant to buy...How high quality is there makeup... compared to??
I can't buy ELF because I am in Australia and they don't ship internationally, so don't have any personal reviews (as much as I'd love some!!) But I haven't heard anything bad about them yet!
lol hopefully they're good...Because even though I shouldnt have spent money.... I couldnt resist 75 cents!!!!I bought like 16 things! and only had to pay 9 bucks... plus shipping.I wonder how long their standard shipping takes.any experiences.I would still like to know about their quality. I read the review on their eye shadows saying that they are top notch! So Im hopeful!!!Here's what I ordered!2 eye shadows One in purple, one in raspberry truffleEyelash curler2 makeup remover wipes ( i love the wipes I hate the oily nasty liquid stuff so this was a steal!)their mascaragolden bronzershimmer eye palletelip primer/plumper fan brush ( ive never had a fan brush before... so for 75 cents why not..)and eye shadow brush.. since everyone here hates the applicators that come with the shadows!! loloh and a blush in candid coralExcited to try new stuff!
Punkeydew I've ordered plenty of times from elf and their studio and mineral line are great. Their regular one dollar stuff is hit or miss. I love their mineral eyeshadows, studio brushes, studio bronzers, studio eyeshadows, mineral eye primer, mineral lipsticks (my HG lipsticks), and much more. They've come out with many more new things in the studio line so I am excited to try it out! Hope you love the stuff you get :)
punkeydew, it takes about 2 weeks to get your order, depending on where you live in relation to their HQ. Their regular line is pretty much worth $1 (didn't really like most of the glosses, the eyeshadows were just ok), nothing really worth buying except *some* of the $1 brushes, and the tinted moisturizer w/SPF 15. Pretty much all of the $3 brushes are great. Their mineral eyeshadow is really nice. Haven't tried the other studio things, but you'll get your 75 cents worth :P
Sorry that's not very clear, just want to add that it depends on what your expectations are. Some people feel ELF is not worth buying because it doesn't compare with high end, department store brands. It not as good as nicer drugstore brands for the regular ELF line of cosmetics. The studio and mineral ELF lines are better than and different than the average drugstore brand, and way cheaper. So keeping that in mind, they are definitely worth giving a try. I bought a huge ELF order awhile ago, mostly $1 stuff, and didn't end up regularly using anything except the brushes.
I heard ELF is hit or miss and I am desperate to try some products, esp. some Studio brushes. Customer service is supposedly a nightmare and I have heard of packages missing certain products. if you go to their blog, you can get $5 off a purchase!
well I used the 75 percent off and I couldnt combine that with any other offers. But I did save like 22 buckslol well for 75 cents I guess I will see. I'll post my likings! No better time to try it out than now! Can't wait!My expectations arent TOO high. I dont really wear alot of heavy makeup. Just here and there.I don't like alot of drugstore brands but im impartiall to department store makeup so mabey this will be inbetween!
I bought their studio line bronzer/blush combo last week and I was totally thrilled with it. It was super pigmented and it's a great color! It's a little bit on the shimmery side too.
I was about to cave and order with the 50$ off studio items not that long ago, and I'm glad I waited. I got a bunch of the complexion/powder brushes, some smaller brushes, a couple eyebrow kits, and a lot of the wipes. I'm happy.
Their Studio Line brushes are fantastic for the price. At $3 they are a great price......at less than $1 a piece, they are a steal!! I have quite a few of their Studio Line brushes, and they are very soft. I love them and would not hesitate to recommend them or buy more.
punkeydew--they changed the terms of the code AFTER you placed your order. It was complained about on MUA. :P Also, at first the code gave free shipping if you spent $75 BEFORE the discount, but then they changed that to AFTER the discount.
rubysbeauty-- I don't know, but they currently have 50% off their mineral line (which includes the eye primer), with a max discount of $100!!! :) Hopefully that helps take the sting off of shipping. If that's the only item you're ordering, I found a code for $2 shipping on retailmenot.com : 2SHIP. Unfortunately, you can't "stack" codes on Eyeslipsface.com :(
Eyeslipsface definitely has great brushes- faves are the eye contouring one and c-shaped one! For a dollar, their products are a great deal. I haven't tried their studio line but I've heard great things.
Thank you for this code! The studio line is absolutely amazing!

Thanks for the tip. I am totally going to check it out!

Just in case no one is aware: The code is only good for one time use per account.
I believe they have "fixed" this code now so it only takes off 10 dollars max. Although there is a 75% of code for the mineral line: wwyb75m
Yay! Thanks for the code! I always wanted to try out their brushes. They have pretty good reviews on them.
Thank you I just placed my order. It will only let you save $10 so the best deal is to place your order for no more than $15.00.Thanks again.
It let me save 27 dollars....thats wierd.

Does anybody know where I could find current codes for E.L.F.? I want to try their eye primer, but the shipping cost of 6.95 is INSANE!
