TARTE EMPHASEYES PENCILS! SATURDAYS AT SEPHORA!

Fri, 08/29/2008 - 8:17pm
  • Eyes

Katie here! Your most trusted Sephora Insider!

If you were anything like I was, as a budding beauty-addict preteen, a lot of things were first done without your mother's permission. Shaving your legs, buying 99 cent Wet 'n' Wild nail polishes in the grocery store while your mother was picking up milk and eggs. All things I did. Whenever I was finally officially allowed to wear makeup at age 13, eye liner was not on the approved list of products. I got one of those "You're already beautiful" BS lines that mothers are by statute obligated to say to their daughters. I stole a Black Revlon very greasy eyeliner pencil out of my mom's makeup basket probably about the beginning of ninth grade. It was dull, and it took me a couple weeks to build up the nerve to steal a sharpener as well. I didn't have a very steady hand, for sure. The greasy, very smudge friendly eyeliner was probably all over half my lid and it dropped down to my cheekbones by third period. But already it made such a dramatic difference!

After lots of practice, and a bit of professional training, and even practice applying eyeliner on other people working at Sephora, I've got eyeliner down pat. Now, I still don't like to sharpen things. One of my Sephora coworkers once told me that she sharpens her pencils everyday, which I asked. I was floored. What a pain in the butt! The line is definitely tighter and cleaner when you do, but it just happens that your sharpener always falls to the bottom of your "current use" cosmetics basket and it just isn't time-efficient to retrieve it every day.

Enter Tarte EmphasEYES pencils. Black is my poison of choice. Comes in navy, plum, and green too. Its the tiniest, skinniest, TWIST UP eyeliner anyone ever thought of. It's also great if you're a fan of an eyeliner practice such as Laura Mercier's tightline method (ask 38goingon19 - Jen from Mythbuster Beauty...she loves it). But me, I just cant bend my arm that way or something it just doesn't work out. But with the EmphasEYES I can do it! And you can too!

**A good hint is to line your primed eye before you put on shadow and then touch up afterwards. Seems to make it set better to put it on skin, not on shadow.

Any other Tarte EmphasEYES Fans?

BALAYAGE! CLARK NOVA SALON!

Thu, 08/28/2008 - 12:30pm
  • Hair

Meg here! Before I start can we send some good wishes off in our hearts to Gigi our resident Drugstore Deal Diva whose taking this week to be with her family.

I' here today filling in with not a drugstore deal but a new way to get sun-kissed locks without frying your hair or looking like a skunk. I hope all of you grab a pen and write this new process down so you can remember to ask your stylist about it for your next appointment!

It's called balayage, from those chic Parisians where balayage translates in English to "SWEEP." I heard about this new technique from Martina Harrer at Clark Nova hair salon in LA. It makes sense Martina would be the expert on this. Her salon is all European flavor with internationally trained stylists! It's like a Benetton ad in there!

Out with the foil, it never really gets the roots and it's hard to control how much time your hair is cooking while wrapped up out of sight. The balayage technique is all about the artistry and controlled with a paintbrush. Your hair becomes a cannvass and there is no where near the damage of traditional highlights.

Seriously, Are you writing this term down? You know you're going to forget so get to jotting.

Clark Nova is a great, unpretentious place. Because Martina is European she doesn't really crave the celeb crowd like her Beverly Hills counterparts. She's very funny about it. She had an actor in her chair and everyone was congratulating him. Martina said "Oh, Happy Birthday!" Her staff waited until the actor left to let Martina know that it wasn't his birthday. He had just won the Best Actor Oscar.

So everyone gets the same treatment at Clark Nova, you don't have to be rich or famous. You do have to trust me and call over there (If you're in LA) or call your local stylist and check out Balayage!

.

Anyone else a fan of Balayage?

ALO SUN! HUMP DAY HAIR DAY!

Wed, 08/27/2008 - 12:24pm
  • Hair

Kate here with more tales from the Crypt of hair disasters and hair miracles. I am a girl. Well duh Kate you might be thinking to yourself. Obviously you are a girl...how else could you be so fabulous? And have breasts. Well actually as too many HBO specials have shown me, you don't necessarily have to be a girl to have breasts...but I digress. My point is that I am a girl and thus, like every other girl in the history of all time, I as a young impressionable youth used the o so notorious product "Sun In." Like most of you, I had dreams of transforming from a braces covered, giant un-plucked and/or completely shaved off eyebrows ridden, pale, frizzy haired horror of a teenager into a Britney Spears pre-shaved head/VMA meltdown blonde goddess with sun lightened highlights. And like most of you, my hair turned bright orange at the crown of my head and striped orange everywhere else. For this reason I was a little skeptical when I received alo sun's (lack of capitalization their's, not mine) "Lemon Lights", a product designed with basically the same intention of Sun-In, to lighten your hair using the sun's natural rays. Lucky for me, it does not use the same ingredients.

Here's what alo sun has to say about their product:

"Lightens hair naturally while you have fun in the sun. On the beach or on the street heightens highlights anywhere under the sun. Perfect for blondes, as well as all shades of lighter brunette."

I finally worked up the courage to use this product, convincing myself that my hair is so blonde anyways that it couldn't do much to hurt it. And I was right, however, it also didn't really do much of anything at all. I worked the product through my hair as instructed and allowed my hair to dry in the sun. I did not see much of a difference so I repeated the process. After the second time I went inside and washed my hair as it was now the consistency of play-do after being put through the play-do spaghetti maker. After drying my hair, I did feel my hair looked brighter and lighter...however this could also have been due to the fact that my hair was now clean and not polluted with a weeks worth of hairspray/dirt/spray tan/frosting (don't ask) etc etc. I have since used it again, and I do think that it does help my hair to stay light and not fade from the pretty white blonde I have when leaving the hairdressers to the horrid yellow, brassy blonde when I arrive again. But I could not with any confidence say how this product would affect those with darker hair. All in all, I would only recommend this product for those girls with light blonde hair who just want to keep their hair color fresh and bright in between hair colors (and to do that even better and without as much damage probably, a blue or purple shampoo works wonders).

I'm not even going to ask if there are any other Sun-In survivors out there so just go ahead and start spilling! Anyone else brave enough to give the idea another try?

SUKI SENSITIVE CLEANSING ORGANIC LEMONGRASS EXTRACT AND SHEA BUTTER BAR! GREEN CHI TUESDAYS!

Mon, 08/25/2008 - 8:45pm
  • Body

Sweetassgal here, to bring you the best natural and organic products our Mother Earth has to offer us by the way of Green Chi Tuesdays!

It's a little hard to describe the exuberant feeling of complete euphoria that comes over me whenever I receive a new package of coveted beauty treasures from Meg. This last week was one such experience. My daughter came back from the mailbox with a HUGE grin on her face and the highly prized parcel in her hands. Since I usually get the honors I let her tear open the top and reveal its contents. One by one she pulled out each gorgeous jewel and we both simultaneously squeeled with delight. My first to try and right up my alley...Suki Sensitive Cleansing Organic Lemongrass Extract and Shea Butter Bar.

Let me just say that of the five senses, smell has to be the first thing I go to whenever I get a new product to try. It doesn't matter what kind of godlike promises it may make, how utterly adorable the packaging is, or how excited I get just by holding it in my hand...if it doesn't smell good I can't buy into it. Ms. Suki herself is completely ingenious because she packaged this splendid bar of cleansing perfection in a box equipped with handy dandy airholes cut right into the side of the little yellow box. I didn't even have to UNWRAP the soap to get instant olfactory gratification (and I'm ALL about the immediate gratification which explains my overflowing shoe closet)! The side of the box went immediately up to my nose and I deeply inhaled the intoxicating scent of lemongrass! There is something so soothing, so relaxing about lemongrass that you just let it wash over you, taking it in all the aromatic loveliness that it holds. Next stop...STRAIGHT to the shower!

I already knew the lemongrass scent was a hit, but I didn't have high hopes for it as a body bar. I grew up with 'natural' soaps that my mom used to get at our local health food store. They usually consisted of either honey and oat bars or some kind of slickery glycerin soap that I could never actually hold on to when it was wet and didn't ever work up much of a lather (though it was fun to grab hold of the glycerin soap and watch it skyrocket out of my hands and across the tub...that was entertainment back in the day!). As I vigorously rubbed this completely organic body bar I was surprised to see a rich lather spilling forth culminating in a highly fragrant and luxurious cleansing experience. I worked the lather over my entire body and continued to bask in the glorious aromatherapy it provided. It was pure bathing bliss. I paid special attention to the way it rinsed off of me and noted that my skin felt moisturized and clean and left no residue behind. Running my hands across my arms I just felt soft skin...no 'squeaky clean' or 'rubber stopper' kind of skin if you know what I mean. The scent lingered for several hours but was not so overpowering that you couldn't wear another scent and was definitely discernable when you put your hands to your nose. OH...and my husband tried it too...vote of confidence #2 and not too girlie for the boys to use as well. This is NOT your grocery store bar of Dial...it's a vegan, completely organic, lemongrass and shea butter, Vitamin E infused bar of loveliness. Here's what Ms. Suki has to say...

"Deep clean and soften your skin with the suki® sensitive cleansing body bar soap, which is made from all vegan & organic ingredients.Great for all skin types including sensitive skin, this vegan soap combines the aromatic scent of lemons and the nurturing abilities of shea butter. We love the suki® sensitive cleansing bar soap because it is gentle yet invigorating! This organic soap has very quickly become a staff favorite. Also available in travel size."

I hope everyone gives this a try the next time they find their shower bar dwindling down to nary a sliver and disappearing into some mysterious body crevice, never to be seen again! Where DO those tiny little soap slivers vanish to anyway? If you've already tried this and are a fan (how could you NOT be) then please let us know what you think and spread the word about this wonderful product and all around amazing product line. Remember, everything you put on your body and down the drain matters...to you and to our Mother Earth so go organic and LOVE yourself by pampering both with Suki Sensitive Cleansing Bar. GLAM ON megsmakeup gals!

I know we have huge Suki fans out there! Anyone tried this slice of heaven?

DATING FOR DUMBASSES! MONDAYS WITH MEG!

Mon, 08/25/2008 - 1:03pm
  • Miscellaneous

Meg here! So my girlfriend Lauren is a genius screenwriter and a fantastic friend to yours truly. She has a whole theory, the smartest girls are the dumbest daters? Why? Well, you see we seem to not think the "rules" apply to us. When in fact, there's just no getting around that the "rules" unfortunately pretty much always apply to everyone.

If I am a smart girl and am interested in someone then I will just tell them or actually be available and if they are busy maybe work around the schedule or whatever. This is the kiss of death. Apparently. The smart girl that is used to thinking and analyzing situations will also apply her grey matter to the subject of her interest. Never do this! I'm new at this and used to be quite good at it. Now I am older and wiser and DUMBER!!

I'm making mistakes left and right, the mistakes are usually made after mulling it around in my head. Atleast I now I'm not alone. Hey, don't fault me. I didn't come up with "Misery loves company." This company is no small mom and pop business but a huge conglomerate of a corporation filled with women scratching their heads in confusion.

Here is the nuts and bolts theory of Lauren Iungerich's the Dumb Girl; n. A women who is smart in her professional lfe For all of the successful businesses she runs to the fancy degrees she earns, a "dumb girl" is the first to make excuses for a cheating lover, the first to rationalize the late night booty call and the first to tell you that she doesn't need to read "He's Just Not Into You" -because it doesn't apply to her. A “dumb girl” over-analyzes and underestimates the creature she thinks she's superior to: Man.

How genius is Lauren? I am lucky to have such dumb girls as friends.

Lauren took it a step further though, because she is in "The Biz" she made clips outlying the different "Dumb Girls" scenario and for your veiwing amusement I have added the link here.

So, I'm learning-wait! Shit, that's the problem! I'm unlearning and dumbing myself down every minute here.

Any other dumbasses willing to come forward or are you hangin' me out to dry here?

BORGHESE FLUIDO PROTETTIVO FOR EYES! GODDESS GRANNY!

Sun, 08/24/2008 - 1:04pm
  • Eyes

Gorgeous Granny here! Hello ladies...Back from her amazing trip to LA and already wishing I was anywhere except South Texas currently to escape the heat, humidity, and lil' gnatty-bugs that are so dense, they catch rides into town on my lipgloss...
YUCK!

There are SOOOOOO many products out there that promise to "treat the eye-area" and reduce every lil' thing that can (and does!) go wrong with that fragile skin: the eyes are the first area to show the ravages of age and fatigue and watching the fabulous Olympics recently into the wee hours hasn't helped my own "area" much lately. You can spend next to nothing or break the bank sampling everything that might help a little or sometimes,a lot.The choices are mind-boggling and it's a delight when you do stumble across something that works well and is fairly affordable as well!

I remember as a "teen" (yes, dinosaurs roamed the earth as well :) that the "Borghese" counter at our local ladies shoppe (pre-malls as well,OMG!)
was something that inspired awe in me: it offered a look that was impossibly chic and so much more sophisticated that the Bonne Bell I was allowed to use...how I wanted to be one of those ladies with the sculpted-cheekbones pursing her glossy lips below her designer sunglasses while arching a perfect brow as she taunted me with the latest in Euro-beauty.After all,the prestigious company was founded by a real Princess, Marcella Borghese in 1958 so entitled- attitude was built into the products as I saw it and I wanted some for my very own!

"Borghese is a cosmetic/skin care brand that “blends modern technology with classic Italian beauty. This skin care line offers a variety of products in categories like hair care,hand/body, skin care, spa, makeup, fragrance and men’s club. Borghese aims to offer cosmetics and skin care treatments that assist with anti-aging and regular skin maintenance. These products are derived from the notions of science, luxury, health and nature. Borghese places a focus on “cutting edge technology” and organic ingredients when it comes to their products" A nice mission statement overall and obviously, the
company has "staying power" in the market among the literally millions of choices out there!

I was pleased to received a bottle of Borghese's "Fluido Protettivo" (pure poetry, say it 5 times fast!) Advanced Spa Lift for Eyes as I honestly hadn't used anything made by them for many years...classic elegance in a frosted bottle with a pump, very crisp and spa-like in presentation and a good bargin in terms of pricing for a "luxury line" product IMO.The fluid itself is very light and emmolient with a slight sheen and almost no scent that I can discern, goes on smoothly andbeautifully, and leaves absolutely no greasy-residue behind that could result in the dreaded racoon-eyes in an hour. Fast-absorbing,it has
a protective, triple-action anti-oxidation and moisturizing shield system to designed to fight environmental aggressors.

It's one of THE best eye area creams for use under makeup I have ever used and even my exceptionally sensitive skin loves the results with none of the itching or burning so many "techy eye creams" can give! A little goes a long way and I intend to use every drop of the generous 1 ounce bottle as my makeup glides on over it like a dream!

My husband always tells me that "You can tell more about a women's life by looking at her eyes" than by assessing any other area and this product delivers a lovely maintained- smoothness that will keep everyone wondering what I'm up to for a long time to come!

Buy it here: I am loving this product and now that I HAVE the designer sunglasses, glossy lips and arched-brows as well, I can continue to cultivate
that Princess-like attitude of entitlement while being confident that my eyes won't give all of my secrets away!

Who else is feeling like royalty with Borghese?

PASTELS WITH A PUROSE! SATURDAYS AT SEPHORA!

Fri, 08/22/2008 - 8:22pm
  • Eyes

Katie here! Your very own Sephora Insider!

Who really ever knew that you needed two weeks to Orientate a bunch of college graduates to an MBA program? I didn't but that is surely what I have been doing for the last two weeks. And, OMG it is wearing me out. 8 hours a day of listening to the most boring man on earth explain to you simple Microsoft Excel functions can really ravage you. I've got dark circles! I haven't had dark circles...well since I stayed out all night on a regular basis when I was in Paris for four months. So that's just another story.

Anyhow, besides the usual concealer, my best friends for waking up tired eyes are Pastels. Now, don't think I go around looking like an easter egg. Firstly, it's out of season. Secondly, that's tacky. Thirdly, you ought to have a little more faith in me than that. But a little hint of pastel eye makeup will do brightening wonders!

NARS Cream Shadow Duo in Unconditional Love. This was from their Summer Collection. One half of the Duo is a nude with a little shimmer and the other half is a powder blue that is excellent in the center of the lid and/or the corners of the eyes.

Laura Mercier Mineral Eye Powder in Crystalline. This sheer pink gives a really flawless look and the super micro-milled glitter fills in lines.

Urban Decay 24/7 Eye Pencil in Yeyo. If you use this too heavy-handedly this is disco. But a sheer smudged line on the lower lash line is a wake up.

Makeup Forever Diamond Shadow in Diamond White 301. Don't go frosting your eye, lash to brow. But a gentle sweep in the lid and crease is very freshening. A sleek black eyeliner (liquid preferably) really polishes the look (with LOTS of black Mascara!).

TooFaced's Single Eyeshadow in Nude Scene - This is sort of a pastel nude-yellow but I think it makes for an excellent blank canvas! One of my all-time favorite eye shadow colors!

SARAH HOROWITZ! BEAUTY COMES FROM WITHIN! FRAGRANT FRIDAYS!

Fri, 08/22/2008 - 11:58am
  • Body

Vexy here, your Friday Fragrance fiend, bringing you the best in sexy scents and scintillating smells!

I'll tell you up front- I'm exhausted. I've been running back and forth between my home and my college for the past week- a two hour drive each way- to get things straightened out for the start of classes. I've gotten very little sleep because there's so much to do. Not to mention I had to sort out all the crap I've accumulated in my bedroom for the past five years to figure out what to take up to college with me. My nights have been spent packing, my days, arguing with the financial aid people at my college. (Why do I have to pay ninety dollars for a parking pass? Don't these people see I need to spend that money on cosmetics?) And did I mention we had a freakout this past week about Tropical Storm Fay headed right towards my area? (I'm fine, it was minor and hit about seventy miles south of us.)

As you can probably imagine, I don't look exactly radiant. I'm stressed, the dark circles under my eyes are horrendous, and I just look dead to the world. Not only that, but you know how when you have a lot to do, sometimes your spirit gets tuckered out as well as your body. I even had trouble motivating myself to pack the last of my boxes, even though it meant an exciting new year at college. I've been in desperate need of a pick-me-up.

Now, I know I've said it before, but scents have magical mood-changing abilities. I swear, the good perfumers put fairy dust into their bottles before shipping them off to their customers. And if there is any perfumer who puts special magic into her perfume, it's Sarah Horowitz.

I loved the Perfect Gardenia, so when I opened the pretty packaging of Beauty Comes From Within, I wondered how she was going to top that. The bottle itself was beautiful, with an intricate tribal-knot sunburst on the back. Points for packaging there- I wanted to keep it on my dresser to just look at it, it was so pretty! But what did it smell like? A bottle of perfume is naught but a pretty decoration if it's not wearable.

Immediately, I was taken aback by the interesting blend of topnotes. They were very sweet- lychee, according to the website- but held a fruity undercurrent, with just enough kick to get me jump-started into packing the last box of clothes. I'd almost forgotten about it until I stopped and sniffed at myself again- the middle notes and the base notes were blended together wonderfully. Vanilla is a scent that goes well with many things, and Sarah has certainly taken advantage of that by combining it with two of my favorite florals: gardenia and stargazer lily. I loved it! To be honest, this scent has gotten me through the past few days. Every time I feel down, I just put my nose to my skin and sniff, and it gives me that extra push to get through.

Here's what Sarah Horowitz says about Beauty Comes From Within:

"Beauty Comes From Within™ is a voluptuous and inviting fragrance designed to evoke the powerful, life-giving beauty that exists within us all. Top notes of sweet lychee, pineapple leaf and tangerine suggest both the vitality of springtime and nurturing, abundant female energy. Bold, regal middle notes of creamy gardenia and alluring stargazer lily inspire recognition, and are ignited by a tender yet captivating accent of white rose that electrifies the aura like a first kiss. The fragrance's base note accord of succulent vanilla flower, meditative sandalwood and warm tonka bean compellingly conveys both the serene and smoldering facets of a woman's nature."

I'm not sure about a woman's nature, but it sure helped mine, and I see myself reaching for this scent very, very often in the future- if I can keep it hidden well enough from the other fan in the house: my mom!

What about you ladies? Have any of you experienced the gorgeousness that is Beauty Come From Within?

YWCA WARNS: BEAUTY OBSESSION A DANGER TO AMERICAN WOMEN!

Thu, 08/21/2008 - 3:09pm
  • Miscellaneous

Meg here, the LA Times has some pretty scary statistics going on with American women. Here's a little highlight.

* Eighty percent of women say they're unhappy with their appearance, and 67% of women ages 25 to 45 are trying to shed pounds -- though 53% of those women are already at a healthy weight. The report also cited a study in which 69% of the respondents (18 and older) said they were in favor of plastic surgery -- a 7% increase from 2006.

I wonder about these things, not that I doubt Emili Vesilind statistics but maybe 7% increase in plastic surgery is not so much about the unhappiness women have with themselves but rather the larger widespread acceptance of plastic surgery? Botox and juvaderm seem as "gateway" procedures for even those that were once afraid of the dentist lining up in droves to get their wrinkles filled.

The article goes on to say that the "(we knew things were going downhill when fourth-graders started emulating scantily clad pop stars like Britney Spears)". When I was a little kid..I was into dressing like a slutty Madonna way before fourth-grade. I remember piling on the jelly bracelets and lace gloves and floppy bows and begging my mother for Madonna's "Boy Toy" t-shirt. This never lead me to an eating disorder. Just a lot of humorous polaroids with my 6 year-old cohorts.

The article also points out "One of the many factoids in the report noted that if women put the average amount of money they spent on monthly manicure-pedicures ($50) into an interest-bearing retirement account every year for 10 years, they would have almost $10,000 saved.' Excuse me, but who the hell wants to do that? There's lots of ways to save $50 and I don't think cutting out your mani-pedi should be one of them. The appearance of your hands is very important and when I see a woman with unsightly, chewed nails and hangnails it doesn't only look unprofessional but unhygienic.

Everything in moderation, I guess (this coming from me is soo hypocritical). I felt reading this article the same way I do when watching LA weatherman report on "Storm Watch" and it rains for maybe three hours.

I don't know, what are your thoughts? Are these really new, media related issues or more of the same stuff thats been around forever?

DENTABURST! DRUGSTORE DEAL THURSDAYS!

Wed, 08/20/2008 - 8:39pm
  • Miscellaneous

Gigi hereI believe a woman’s smile makes her beautiful more than anything else, but I’m ashamed of mine. My smile can expose my teeth, my worst attribute. Before all was known about what is safe to take during pregnancy, my mother was given an antibiotic for a sore throat when she carried me. Doctors thought nothing of it, but it prevented the formation of enamel. My teeth are small and fragile, nearly translucent, and have a yellow-ochre appearance, occasionally bordering on a pale shade of green without continual brushing. I sometimes feel like Elphaba from the book Wicked (the “Wicked Witch of the West,” although water doesn’t make me melt).

I’ve attended to my teeth since I was a child, certain that something could help.As a young girl, I began mixing baking soda and peroxide and would brush until my arms were exhausted and my gums bled. What did I get? Merely a slightly lighter shade of yellow and fresh breath. Fine--I arrived at the point where I was grateful for anything that helped boost my self-esteem when it came to oral hygiene. I approached a few toothpaste companies and suggested that they incorporate baking soda into their products, but my idea was turned down at that time. Now I want to scream when I see products on store shelves with this ingredient; I could have become a millionaire and had my teeth bonded if they had only listened! Well, no use crying over spilled mouthwash .

.

This problem has caused me to become more obsessed when it comes to caring for my teeth. If my teeth can’t look good, at least I want them to feel good. A college student of mine gave me a twig to use many years ago when I complained about my problems to her. She moved out of town, and a savvy reader of this site told me the name of the twig—it comes from the Neem tree grown in Middle Eastern countries. This amazing substance goes beyond cleansing and actually prevents gum disease, freshens breath, and is used for skin irritations, digestive problems, and much more. I used to carry disposable toothbrushes pre-filled with toothpaste and brush after lunch. I switched and took my twig instead, and a colleague walked into the restroom, looked at me with a horrified expression, and asked, “Gigi, are you chewing on a bone or what?” Yikes! I learned to use it when I was completely alone.

My twig was finally defunct after I probably consumed half of it. And then I discovered DentaBurst Freshening Teeth Cleaners. Can you hear me applauding? They are sold in packets of twelve individually wrapped cleaners, small enough to take with you anywhere. They should not be used as a replacement for regular brushing but are specifically meant for times when you need a quick refresher. No, they don’t promise to whiten your smile, but there are many benefits. Running late with no time to brush? Garlic for lunch or in a hurry to meet a friend? Slip one of the little jackets over your finger, reminiscent of “finger puppets,” and massage front and back of teeth gently but thoroughly. Your saliva will activate ingredients to remove plaque, smooth the surface of your teeth, rid your mouth of food particles, and impart a delightful, minty flavor. I actually brush my tongue, as germs reside there. Don’t you love people who devise such clever items? Keep them everywhere and use whenever needed—your purse, desk, glove compartment, and home.

By the way, I’ve figured out the great mystery of Mona Lisa’s partial, close-lipped smile. Her mother took an antibiotic as well, but Dentaburst wasn’t available in Da Vinci's time.

Any other Dentaburst fans ?
