I can't live without this product...

Any sunscreen. Thest anti-aging product. Why not prevent wrinkles and damage instead of trying to fix them with overly expensive moisturisers?

Mascara

The best mascara I have come accross is a chanel one. It is amazing, the brush defines,thickens, seperates and elongates drastically. Downfall: I have long eyelashes already, so i layer it up for thickening - product gone in a month. Thats why i stick to prescriptives false lashes, conditioning and lasts 3 months and i use 3-4 coats.

retina-a

I refuse to spend thousands on crap. Retinol in skin care is the only proven element to work. There is so much data driven research that even dermatologists reccomend you start on a weaker dose at the young age of 18! My prescription retina-a at 37$ for 3 months - cheapest scientifically driven anti-aging product.

My secret beauty recipe and best makeup tips...

The best advice I have ever been given, was from 3 compund pharamcists, 4 dermatologists and two doctors with all the same advice: 1)mild cleanser 2) keep your skin hydrated from inside out starting with water, and hydrating moisturiser as it is one of the 3 most common issues for aging 3) retina -a (the only scientifically proven element to make any difference). 4) Dont get sold into brand names. All of the dermatologists i spoke to use nutrogena and olay. Funny isn't it. They all said that if these products work THAT well they wouldn't need to pay for advertising. Does plastic surgery pay for advertising? No because it works.

How long does it really take me to get ready? What's my beauty routine?

Going out: 1hr to 1.5 hours work: 20- 30 minutes weekend: 20 min Visting fiance and parents - 0-4min
