SLEEKSKIN SKINTREAT RENEW FROM SLEEKMEDSPA.COM!
Hi everybody! Did most of you watch the 2010 Grammy Awards on Sunday? Holy Smokin' Freakin' Hot Performances! I'm still randomly coping with bacteria-faces-R-US illness junk but that didn't stop me from totally cranking up my sound system and gyrating on my couch as I watched the fantastic performances on my large screen TV Sunday night! Before we begin, go strap on your sleek exoskeleton-like gowns (like the one Beyonce wore while she sang “If I were a boy” and get ready for another Body Beautiful Wednesday review by your nasally challenged friend, Jeanasina!
So... one of my absolute favorite visuals was when PINK performed “Glitter in the Air”. If you didn't see it – you'll want to go find a way to watch it for yourselves! It was amazing! She came out in a white tight robe much like Princess Leia would have worn and as she sang the robe came off to reveal Pink in a nearly nude bodysuit! WOW!!! factor right there, but then, she is lifted from the stage, hanging from silk scarves way up toward the ceiling, totally must have spent time recently with the performers of circque du soleil! There she is, several feet in the air, pretty much upside down, when suddenly she is soaked with water that spills out from her body. All this is going on while she is simultaneously spinning at warp speed in the air, still singing! It was unbelievable, memorable and definitely UNDONE before at the Grammys! What I thought almost the entire time to myself while watching this was that Pink is so SLEEK! If someone describes a person as 'sleek' to you, the connotations you get are that the person is trim, finely contoured, streamlined or smooth. PINK was all that and more!
Meg and Eleni sent me a new product called SLEEKskin skintreat renew. The minute I saw the words “SLEEK and skin” hooked together I wanted to try whatever was in the container! Before I even researched the product I read the front label which informed me that this was a “triple action serum with combination of peptides and proteins to restore collagen”! Would the collagen gods really be inside this vial ready to restore what age promoting demons have sucked out?
I had to go find out more of course, so I went to the Sleek Boutique where I learned that my 'renew' product is one out of four products in a “high performing daily facial regime for all clients seeking to enhance and maintain in office treatment results at home AND for those wanting professional strength daily treatments!” The 'renew' product I was testing is step #3 in the skin regime set. The kit is designed to turn back the visual signs of aging and prevent further damage. The SLEEK Kit comes with Glow, Boost, Renew and Transform products. This four piece kit is $215.95! When I saw that I immediately phoned the Montecito Casino in Las Vegas to see if they could store my new SLEEKskin skin cream in one of their vaults! I think this is definitely one of the more expensive skin creams that has ever set foot inside my home! The 'renew' skintreat that I received is $98.95! Whoa baby!
I was super excited to put this potion on my face! I pushed down on the pump and (it worked – yay) and a clear liquid came out, non-sticky and I applied it to my face and allowed it to dry for at least one minute, as suggested. I did this twice a day. I put it on one side of my face and that side definitely felt a bit tighter and definitely smoother. It has a cooling sensation when you put it on. I have been using it every night and day since I received it. As it made its way down into my skin that first time, I sang a line from an old song “Chantilly Lace” by The Big Bopper (1950's) and the line was. “Oh baby you know what I like!” I would absolutely love to try the entire 'high preforming daily facial regime' four piece kit to really see if used together they can (without the use of surgery) turn back the visual signs of aging.
In the meantime, I'll use every dollop of the SLEEKskin renew serum till it's gone and then I'll really know if it turned back my elder clock!! I'll end this review with a visual. Picture me upside down on my padded desk chair with my knees over the back of the chair and my head hanging down on the seat, holding a magnifying glass in my hand, pretending it's a microphone, spinning around and around furiously, while wearing skin tight white winter long underwear and at the same time, pouring a liter of 7-Up over my body. Does that say SLEEK to you or what? I could have totally been a stand-in for PINK at the Grammy awards show for sure!
Right now you can get free product samples of your choice with any SLEEKskin purchase of $25.00 or more! What a great way to see what works best for your skin!
Oh! Did I mention that this skin care line is developed and offered by SLEEK MedSpa®? SLEEK MedSpa® is dedicated to identifying skin problems, and applying body and facial rejuvenation treatments to enhance the personal appearance, self-esteem and health of their clients. Wow! With a statement like that who wouldn't want to try their products? You can buy it HERE!

I got sample SleekSkin Skin Solution Youth from Meg and i have no idea what this is........
what a fun review to read! i may have to go on youtube to watch some of the Grammy performances :) Never heard of SleekSkin; it sounds like a nice product but i am not sure that it would work on my skin. most anti-aging products break me out (i guess my skin is too young for them), so i am pretty cautious of trying them.
Hmm interesting - good to hear it does work. But verrrryy expensive!! :-DOh and I totally had to youtube Pink's performance. That woman is incredible!!

Haven't tried it, but looks good!
I was wondering about this! i was about to go look it up and see what it was! I got a sample in my package from meg!!Sounds wonderful cant wait to try it!!
Tan is Love
Sounds cool but WOW that is expensive. I'm glad I'm only 17, lol.
I agree, Pink's performance was great. While she was twisting and spinning, I couldn't help but wonder how she would regain her balance at the end of the song. As for SleekSkin, I haven't heard of the company. I'm curious about the produce, but a bit hesitant to try it out though since it's on the pricey side.
I haven't tried and Sleek products but if they work then they're well worth the price.

oh how i wish i went and saw pink in concert!! i saw a sneak peak of her concert stage on Rove and it was amazinggg!i received a sample of sleekskin solution youth from meg as well, i have absolutely no idea what it is either. once i bought a bottle of exfoliator with seasalt or something in it.. i got bored on the train so i peeled the bottle naked. A few days later my mum said the new moisturiser you bought is off..n she told me how there's hard particles in it, she even tipped a quarter of the bottle down the drain.. and she applied it on her face like a moisturiser (i don't think she's ever used an exfoliator before). Oh mother! lol poor thing!

Pink's got nothin' on you girl! She is amazing and gorgeous and so are you! I am trying out this product and so far,it's a "nice one" in that it leaves my skin smooth and doesn't irritate. I am still trying to figure out when it's best applied and if I should be using it under makeup...I like "clinical products" (as compared to "cosmetic") as defined for us recently by Dr. Dima that they have more "active ingredients.I wish the webiste and descriptions of the products were a bit clearer but I DO think it's a "good product" although I'm not sure what to expect from it.Unlike YOU,I KNOW everything you write will be fabulous! :)
I would love to try this product but wouldn't put the money out unless I know I like it.
This looks like it is worth a try for me. Esp. if it truly does not irritate. My collagen needs some boosting.
Oh Jeanasina, you had me laughing with your description of how you'd reenact Pink's performance. This sounds like quite the product :)

Many of my staple "GO TO" products either have been purchased at a medical spa or recommended by one. I am lucky to have a relationship with one that has a clear focus of helping everyone be their best NOT just trying to sellproduct. (Neova, Kinerase, Skincueticals, Obaji are some of their favorite brands.)
WOW! Thanks for the link to Pink's performance. Totally amazing. I don't know anything about the Sleek Skin line and I probably wouldn't spend that much money on it. Even if it IS great. Well, unless they could guarantee that I'd end up looking like Pink. And I think it would take a LOT of product to do that :-)Great writing, Jeanasina. I enjoyed reading every word.

Very nice visuals Jeanasina, love the spinning 7-up acrobatics! I received the Sleek Skin Step 4: Transform. So far, I'm liking how smooth my skin feels immediately after application. I also like the calming effect it produces, no redness or irritation and great absorption. The directions read that it can be applied as often as needed but it balled up when used underneath my foundation. So, it won't replace any of my daytime products but I will continue to use it at night with my beloved Argan Oil until it runs out. I'm curious to see how the Hibiscus Extract and Jojoba Oil in this product will affect my funky skin. Hilarious post Jeanasina!
this product sounds nice, but too pricey for me :(
This sound entirely amazing. I really want a good face treatment. I totally can't afford anything close to this right now, but maybe if I save up I can get it in the future.

wow, sounds great!
Kinda pricey, but it sounds great.
unfortunatly i didn't watch the grammys ): but i heard some performances were great! this looks amazing, as usual.
Loved the Grammy performances, Pink looks amazing and puts on such a good show! Never heard of this, sounds pricey but if it's worth it, how can you complain?
This looks great.:)
LOVED the visual!! You were amazing! Even while congested you put on quite the show! This 4 step regimen sounds wonderful, and I am at "that" age where I sure could use it! But right now it is waaay to spendy for me...perhaps someday soon!!
I didn't watch the Grammy performances but I had t watch Pink's performance on you-tube after I heard about it on the radio. All I could say about that is WOW! I received a sample of the "youth" but I have not tried it yet. I did check out the site and would love to buy several things there (if only I won the lottery).

Pink was amazing, and her body is flawless. I am really loyal to my Retin-A, but I sometimes put a serum on over top of it, and none of the ones I have been using are really all that great. I did sart using moroccan oil over my Retin-A, and it seems like my skin has been really glowing lately. As much as my skin is capable of glowing at this stage of my life, which isn't all that much, if I'm being perfectly honest!
I have never heard of the brand before, and I probably wont beable to try it anytime soon since i'm too broke..lol. It sounds like an awesome product though!
Way too expensive for me at this point but.....if it works you need to make sure you let me know...I'm getting to the age that i need whatever my skin needs ;)
I am all about Professional Medical Spas. I've received lasers, botox, peels, and soon I will try some of their collagen treatments.
Loved the review as always, Jeanasina, but I would never be able to afford this. Let us know if it turns back your "elder clock" over time...I'd be very interested to know if the expense is worth it.
I just love reading you reviews , Jeanasina! You make me laugh, you make me think and you make me want to run out and but what ever it is your reviewing!! I did watch the Grammys...and Pink was awsome!!
what a fun review to read =)
How amazing, Jeanasina! What a luxurious product. Unfortunately the price means I don't have a hope of trying it, but I have to say I adored reading your bubbly and fun review! I was lucky enough to catch some clips of Pink after the fact, and I can definitely agree with your assertion that she is indeed SLEEK! What a lady. And to sing with that amazing voice, to boot?! Wow. : ]
I saw Pink's performance earlier today =) I'm glad you brought it up!
Great review, and while it's an expensive product, very interesting.
It looks like quite a product but It will definetly put a hole so deep into my pockets!

i haven't heard of this product, but it sounds great. i love serums, they absorb so much faster than other creams
I have never tried anything from SleekSkin product line before, but I loved Pink's performance at the Grammy's!! It's amazing how she could still sing during being spun around like that. I think I'd lose my lunch! haha
Never heard or tried this brand but would defintely like to test it out :)
Hmm, how old should you be before you start using anti-aging products and such?
ah i've never heard of this brand. I would like to try this product though!
Would've loved to have seen Pink's performance. But your SLEEK treat sounds pretty sweet too :)
Sounds great but soo expensive! ;)
Hi jakabgm! I saw your question about 'how old you should be before you start using anti-aging products'. That's a really good question! I didn't have a definitive answer right off the top of my head so I did a little research. Of all the information I read, I thought this article best gave an idea which might help answer your question. Here you go and thanks for asking."Aging is something none of us can avoid but we can deter the wrinkles and fine lines that come along with it. Using an anti aging wrinkle cream can help you do just that for years to come. All of us have our own individual genetics and live our own individual lives. This means there isn’t a particular formula that determines when the wrinkles will appear. Most experts say using an anti-aging skin care cream while you’re young can help prevent wrinkles from forming. You want to use the right creams in order to see noticeable results in a safe manner. It’s better to use anti-aging creams ‘before’ you start noticing signs of wrinkles. Before you even ‘think’ about wrinkles as a matter of fact. You can start your own skin care regimen while at a younger age keeping the wrinkles from forming for a longer period of time. You should also use SPF 15 on your face because the sun is a major cause of wrinkles. So just what steps do you need to take earlier on and do you need to add an wrinkle cream as well? Good thing you asked. In your 20’s is the best time to begin using antiaging products in order to prevent future wrinkles and damage. You should also incorporate a toner that helps renew the skin and a high quality moisturizer. Use products with SPF protection and choose accordingly to your skin type. You just want to give your skin the proper moisture, especially around the eye area. Before you hit the age of 30 you should try to expand your facial care regimen. Many wrinkle and anti-aging skin care creams that are available on the market will help reduce the wrinkles around your eyes. You should start using an eye cream right about this age. You should also consider to start using a mask or peel every one or two weeks. Once you reach your 40’s you will being using products that target specific problem areas along with the use of an anti-aging cream on your whole face. Use a serum designated for the eye area, use a product that targets age spots if you have them, and then an anti-aging cream to put on at night if you have naturally dry skin. You can find a variety of anti aging wrinkle creams and products on the market. Some will be more effective than others and you might have to try a few different ones before you find the perfect one. Just do not give up. There are two different types of products to look for; One that adds moisture and gives the skin a lift, and another that contains crystals that reflect light making your face appear to be wrinkle-free."
Jeanasina!
Way to expensive for my budget:(
I am like Goddess Granny. I like the product, which was step 4, but an unsure of what to expect. I have been using it as a moisturizer, however without the other steps, I don't know if it is performing as it would if they were also used or if it is fine all by itself. It is a white creamy moisturizing lotion that really does moisturize without feeling tacky like some products can.
Beste Hilsin
This serum is way too expensive for me to try. :( Also I'm probably the only one who didn't care for Pinks performance. She did the exact same act at the AMA awards. I was laughing my butt off when it looked like she was peeing on everyone from way up in the air! Total cheese to me. She has a good voice, though I've never been a fan of hers.
It sounds great! Keep us posted on the results!
