I am not a big drinker. But I know a good wine when I taste it. I loved their whites that I sampled and the reds impressed me. Being a native cali boy I love when the wines from my state are better than the french and italians. With stuff so good it makes it a pleasure to support the locals!
I totally agree, megken! I live not to far from the Columbia Valley (Oregon & Washington) and just LOVE drinking local wines :)Meg, some fun girly events might be doing a charity run (there are lots of fun short ones!! Running not even required--you can walk :) ), scrapbooking/crafting (skills not necessarily required--if everyone brings some rubber stamps, some paper cutters, some cute paper... it ends up looking alright!)... or just do winetasting round 2 :D

SO cute--that just screams bachelorette party, doesn't it? And way to go, Megken...I love supporting local and regional wineries too. There is some amazing stuff out there and you don't have to go far to get it!
It sounded so cool that I immediately tried to order a box yesterday. But ALAS! They do not ship to Tennessee. Do they not realize that we need wine just as much as any other state? TN used to not allow alcohol to be shipped to individual consumers... but the law has been changed. I wish the Donati's would update their shipping page :-(So now that I'm doubly tempted, I'll send them an email and maybe they'll send it to me. Or else, I guess I'll just have to move to another state...

I like make-up and clothes exchanges for girly events! Everyone has some nice shoes/clothes/make-up that they don't use anymore that someone else would like.
Next year?! Woohoo! I'll be 21 by then! Haha.I haven't really been to any girly-girly events yet - but something where you dress up and look fabulous, eat great food and have some great conversation seems like it'd be heaps of fun!

I love the videos..looks like so much fun. I love the reds. They are the best so I'm going to have to go with what he said. White wine gets me plastered for some reason in a way I don't really like. Pinot Grigio is nice, but it just literally puts me away. Reds go with everything.. Nice place to go. Vineyards are always so pretty because of all the greenery around and of course the wine.

Eleni, you have a great point and I've made some good friends over glasses of wine. It's like truth serum. The good kind. It's like having a big fun party with your best pals and gossiping because let's face it. It's in our DNA. No question about it. It's just fun to pass information. Looked fun, classy and show more videos. I would love to go to a place like that.

That is soo cool!!! My mom likes more wine than I do so I can see her buying something like this and sharing it with her girlfriends. I do like a few white wines though, maybe I will be more into wines when I'm older!

You don't need any excuse to have wine! The deal itself should be reason enough :). Your "picture yourself.." scenarios brought back memories of wine parties with my close friends where we would bring a couple of bottles that we like or want to try.... Stopped since all of them became mothers. Maybe I should persuade them to have one next year... their babies would have weaned by then and hopefully the mothers can start drinking! hehe...
I love the look of the bottle and the packaging. I don't drink alcohol because I just don't like the taste. I wish I did just so I could enjoy a nice glass out of one of these bottles.

OOOOOhhhhhh!!!! I want this! Now how can I buy "Sisters Forever" wine, and pretend that it was a gift for my husband....??? Ha ha! I hope they ship to Virginia! I know I've had the disappointment before of marvelous wines that don't ship here. :(If the wines I want can be shipped to where my grandma lives, I'm thinking about enlisting her to be my go-between. Is that illegal? Ha! It can't be illegal for my Ma Ma to send me a fabulous gift of wine! That would be sheer madness!
