CREST EVENT WITH SEE CREST!

This is Eleni sharing little pieces of last night with you.
How fun does going to a Crest event sound?
It's an interesting feeling. Part of you feels like you're going to the dentist. Another part of you feels that it's OK to go to the dentist because you're gonna get a treat on your way out - IF you don't cry. And then, there is this third part of you, the optimistic Hollywood part, that feels like everything's gonna be OK because Ryan Seacrest is there and he's always smiling.
Having Ryan Seacrest smiling next to yourself smiling in-a-picture will not cross your mind at this point, so you will still feel just fine leaving home without flossing.
Probably one of the few times in your life that you'll regret not flossing SO much.
On our way to Santa Monica, Megan and I were hysterically laughing in the car about Sea-Crest hosting the Crest event. As usual we made up at last 4 different crazy scenarios on how this partnership happened. Of course we couldn't hold them to ourselves. Megan asked Ryan if he thinks Crest got its name in honor of his smile. I asked him if he had to change his name in order to be hired by Crest. He seemed amused and told us stories about how Crest Scope has practically saved his dating life.
The Crest people were wonderful to us. They held their event at the Huntley Hotel in Santa Monica and everything was decorated with flowers that look like the new Scope bottle (hint: it will look good in your bathroom), they served us yummy hors d'oeuvres (hint: so we'd have to floss) and really good red wine (hint: that's not the real color of my teeth in that picture).
The best part of the night was Dr. Gerlach's speech on how they came up with the Scope idea and how important it is to have fresh breath, what people usually do to test it (picture a whole room full of press testing their breath) and what's bad for your teeth (picture the doctor giving Megan and I "the look" while we were sipping our drinks).
I think that Megan felt bad at some point. She felt like we have let the doctor down, that we have disappointed him by drinking wine and admitting we don't floss every day. The doctor has heard Meg tell Ryan that the most dangerous place to be is between her and her drink and he has raised his eyebrow.
You have to learn something about Megan. There is nothing in this world that she loves and awes more than doctors. So a raised eyebrow by Dr. Gerlach who looks like a more attractive Ted Turner and is certainly funnier than him (Meg's exact words), well, that must have been devastating.
Thankfully, we're gonna have the chance to meet up with the whole Crest team again during the Shecky's Beauty at its Best event in NYC and we'll get the chance to explain. Untill then, we'll be brushing, flossing and Scoping like crazy.
P.S. We didn't complain or cry at all, throughout the event, so we got an amazing gift bag on our way out.

Hollywood can make even toothpaste glamorous...! Sounds like a great night, and Ryan Seacrest looks very happy to be in those pictures with two lovely ladies (wine stains and all!)
You guys look amaaaazing! it sounds like you had a blast! i wish i could go to events like those and meet celebrities! What did you guys get in your goody bags? Maybe some sugar-free lollipops for being a good girl at the dentist? lol.Personally im a Listerine fan :x im not so big on Scope, but dont tell the Crest people that! haha. Now that i'm a little older and more conscious of my appearance, i try to floss everyday and i've been pretty good so far. I forget every once in a while but then i make sure to floss extra the next day. I use those handy floss picks that you can keep in your purse in case of one of those food-stuck-in-your-teeth emergencies.

LOVE the pics! :)Ryan is a cutie and a smartie...that young man has done well.I LOVE the new "Advanced Seal" Crest Whitestrips,they "clean" any wine or coffee staing off my vennered-teeth although the dentists will tell you "no whitener can..." They are tough to get off and I love them! I am fanatic on oral-care only because I have invested a chitload of $ on my teeth...you almost HAVE to at the midway point of your life in order to stay "youthful."So glad y'all are having such fun!

Beautiful as usual girls!Actually I DO floss every day. I LOVE to take care of my teeth because they are my fav feature and I've never had any braces or anything. I have this one tooth in the back that always traps food and I can't stand the thought of there being something in it so I floss ALL the time. I love the feeling of clean teeth and going to the dentist! Cleanings are my favorite! I just feel SO SO good after. I usually drink white wine, don't smoke, don't drink coffee (except at the Madonna Inn...yikes!) and if I have soda its usually 7 up so my teeth are pretty white. But me's do luv's me Crest White Strips for twice a year touchups!Seacrest...what a cutie! Does anyone else ever wonder if that Dorkelman guy is sitting around some crummy apartment with a Voodoo doll of Seacrest stuck full of pins and whispering crazy thoughts to his 14 cats?! Seriously...does anyone know what happened to that poor guy? Enquiring minds want to know!

Meg and Eleni - you two in a word...breath-a-licious! No doubt the male guests at that event did some serious inhaling of scope breath when you two walked in! You guys look positively stunning! Meg, l I know you are the queen of pink but let me just say...you can really work a black dress honey! I think that is one of my all time favorite photos of you! You guys just have so much fun together - how cool is that?I always brush my teeth twice a day (with Sensodyne) and I TRY to floss at the same time but lately I have been coming up with some lame excuses for not flossing, like I watched too many back to back CSI episodes and got too tired to get out the string...stuff like that. Now there is blood involved when I remember to floss. The gums are letting me know they are not pleased with my recent lazy-ass behavior. I recently did a review on the new and improved Advanced SEAL Crest Whitestrips and I'm definitely a fan of those! Just this week I was talking to my neighbor and he said "Man, I wish my teeth were as white as yours!" which shocked me but I have to think it's the Crest Strips and the 2x a day teeth brushing that are helping me!I am practically phobic about having fresh breath. I always have to put a mint in my mouth or something just in case my breath is bad. My husband eats Altoids by the ton! One thing about mouthwash...my husband's dentist told him NOT to buy mouthwash with alcohol in it (which most mouthwashes have) because it dries out your gums and your mouth!!! So now we only buy mouthwash that doesn't have alcohol. Something to think about!

hahah that is funny, i didnt think that there would be such a thing as a crest event what fun! hope you got free floss etc there. I actually floss every day now! Your crest smiles are dazzling ;)I do not floss everyday but i try to a couple times a weekandI would sip wine in church if i was allowed!!! There is no wrong time to have a drink (except maybe at an AA meeting--oops)!If they didn't want you to drink it-they shouldn't have had it there...LOL
I definitely floss everyday after spending a ton of money on my teeth. Gotta take care of my investment. It's even Crest floss.
Hello hotties!I use Crest exclusively, and I do floss everynight. I was an Adult Wearer of Braces and I've got to protect my investment!!
Those smiles are fantastic! I chew gum while going to the dentist, so I shouldn't throw stones lol. I don't floss every day, I hate to admit it. It's something that can be done while just sitting there and doing nothing. I don't know why I don't do it every day!
Love your Fabulous pictures...Seacrest is taking over the world. Good for him! He hosts so many different shows and works on tons of different projects. I don't think he sleeps...Im a huge fan of Scoping and not exactly proficient or consistent in flossing. Although its a must! A dentist I once met asked me if I flossed when I bragged about my "wearing retainers every night for the last 6 years." You know what he told me?"Not flossing is like taking a shower and not washing your armpits."Phew! I have flossed ever since : )

I floss everyday and I think the main reason I've been able to be consistent is the convenience of those dental pickers. My favorite brand is Placker's Twin-Line Whitening Mint with Super Tuffloss. They sell them at drugstore.com for $2.49, Plackers Twin Line, Whitening mint These are definitely the most durable and comfortable ones I've used. I keep a bag in the living room, my car and my nightstand. That way whenever I remember to floss they're at hand. Between that and the sonicare toothbrush, I haven't had a cavity in years and years. I am actually afraid of having dental work done, so that is my main motivation for good oral care.

you guys look gorgeous!!!!!I stick to routine when it comes to teeth, i like to care for my teeth more than anything else. So I brush, floss and rinse every day. and get it professional cleaned at the dentist twice every year (thank god for insurance otherwise i wouldn't be able to afford it).other than that I'm not so keen on the teeth whitening product, my friend had some problems with it.

I don't floss everyday, only about 3-4 times per week. I use the Reach flosser, it makes flossing so easy!Ryan is such a cutie for a short guy!
You guys (and your smile) look beautiful! And I agree, how perfect to have Seacrest hosting the Crest even, haha.Dental health is totally underrated, and sadly it's taken a slew of cavities to really start taking care of my teeth. I finally got into the habit of flossing my teeth every night, and I'm so proud I can finally tell my dentist I do so!! I'm also very cavity prone, so I use a fluoride rinse every night. It's sickly sweet, but it's helping me keep my teeth strong. :)
1) Both of you have really white teeth. Please do not do not do any whitening as it may result in ridiculously white teeth. 2) Of course, I'd sip on wine at the Crest event!! And if the wine were free, I'd surely leave with red wine lips!! 3) I don't know why, but I hate flossing! I have to force myself to do it, so it doesn't happen everyday. I try to make up for it by brushing often.

Honestly, I don't floss daily. Of course, I don't see a dentist regularly either. I do use mouthwash daily, and brush my teeth religiously. Good dental care is important, I know, I'm just lazy.

You all have movie star smiles! Lovely. I'm shocked that they served red wine at the event. Did they also pass out a pair of Whitestrips to try? Like, "drink this staining beverage and then try our whitening product!" lol. I floss - just not daily. More like every other day. My gums bleed a lot when I do it and it hurts (they're very sensitive). I have a Sonicare and I brush very well with it twice a day with Crest toothpaste. But I want whiter teeth. Mine are definitely not as white as Ryan's.

I agree with others, your teeth look great as is--there's a fine line between "white" and "white like that episode of friends where Ross overbleached his teeth til they glowed in the dark" :DI don't floss nearly as often as I should, but I do use mouthwash, like, constantly. My teeth are SUPER close together and my gums are sensitive so flossing, though necessary, is a really unpleasant experience for me--painful and bloody :(

My wonderful partner is a very talented cosmetic dentist, so I know allllll about flossing! I do it every night - or almost every night if I'm completely honest. ;]I have to say I'm not a huge fan of the supermarket brand whitening systems as I've heard my partner say time and time again, if they're sold in a supermarket without a consultation on their use or application by a dentist they do not have the proper amounts of active ingredient in order to work!I have always said SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to the dentist to have your teeth whitened. Yes, it costs you more in the outlay but number one, it actually works [!], number two, it's FAST and number three you're essentially spending the smaller amount of money you've spent every few months using weak and non-powerful at-home-kits anyway! Also you only have to have your teeth re-whitened every six months instead of every month with the at-home kits.

you gals look beautiful! i have to floss every night or else my teeth feel dirty. it's such a habitat of mine now and i honestly have to do it because my teeth are super cavity-prone. i've whitened my teeth with Crest strips before and got some really great results. i've been meaning to buy another box because my teeth could use some whitening right about now.

I love this product! I definately need to get some more whitening power but can't we all? I was like...wait, is that Ryan Seacrest? And then I was jealous! Lucky! The biggest celeb sighting I had was in Vegas. Mike Tyson looked me right in the eye in the Wynn casino floor. And I was terrified. He was surrounded by huge bodyguards but I was more scared by the death look I got. Chilling. And that tattoo around the eye is scarier in person.

Im kinda dental obsessive-hense erring on the side of danger with dental whitening kits(oh the regrets)I'm willing to try anything to get my teeth back looking perfect again-"sigh!!!".I use this humming bird electricial thing that takes the work out of flossing.I used to use the best mouthwash ever-beverilly hills whitening mouthwash-which made your teeth freakey white-I cant find it anywhere any more-does anybody know if they still make it please?.You look great girls-ryan doesnt know which direction to look in first.There's only one answer for red wine teeth wine wipes.

lol very funny.I recently moved and left my sonicare at my friends house. It took her a month to mail it to me. During that month I was brushing with the cheapest toothbrush I could find. And to make up for not having my sonicare I was brushing quite brutally.Welll... big mistake. My gum line went from perfect to severely receeding in a month flat!!! and the dentist told me gums dont grow back... but I cant stop the immflamation but good oral hygein and all that :(So Ive been rinsing with peroxide and flossin one a day and brishiong 2x a day... got my trusty sonicare in the mail last night FINALLY!!!my poor gums... I would feel horrible smiling next to ryan!!! lolThe wine cracks me up!!! you're suppossed to be showing off your teeth not staining them! though you do look quite chique with the glass!

You ladies are smokin' hot and you both have beautiful pearly whites!I am a brushing and flossing fanatic -- at least 3X a day if not more. My sonicare really *should* be my desert island item. I can't stand it if I have anything stuck in my teeth or my teeth are showing stains from coffee or red wine. I can't wait to try Crest Advanced Whitestrips!

I love a clean, sparkling-teeth mouth. Cheesy teeth aren't atttractive. Drinking a dark beverage at a mouthwash event would help their stock go up, so I'd enjoy every moment. My favorite mouthwash is Biotene - no alcohol or saccarine, and it keeps my mouth moist to prevent cavities. The flavor is decent and not radical at all. Keep smiling, beauties!

I really like Kiss My Face toothpaste. It's fluoride free and all natural. I swear it whitens better after one use than regular toothpaste. It was an amazing difference. Plus, it tastes better (not artificial) and leaves my mouth more refreshed. Definitely a convert!

I definitely don't floss everyday, I should though...It looks like you had fun at least. And yes, I would still drink red wine at a Crest event. That's why they make whitening products :DI went to Shecky's last year for Beauty Night out and had SO much fun. I'm planning on going again this year. I'm so excited!
