TOO-FACED EXTREME WRINKLE FILLER!

Gigi here! My fear of having a wrinkled face or throat—a.k.a. my dreaded “Turkey Neck”—has its origins in childhood. I am elated not to have crows’ feet or frown lines. Unfortunately, three repugnant horizontal creases mar my neck, also inherited but unwanted (a mix of good and bad genes from both parents).
Rewind to third grade: My mother had made me a beautiful dress with a white Peter Pan collar to wear on the day my Catholic school had pictures taken of the students. I still recall wriggling around, attempting to push the pique fabric up to hide my imperfections. What stopped me was a very impatient photographer who screamed, “Hey Red, quit playing around and stop squirming!” The shade of my face replicated my hair color.
One year later, at age ten, I found myself standing in our silent lunch line in the cafeteria. Talking was not permitted until we received our stew made from unknown animal parts or chicken with all of the trimmings, feathers included! We were arranged alphabetically, and Gigi Sommers stood two people in front of her boyfriend and love, Tom Townsend (name changed to protect the love-struck). It was my time to shine. I undid the first button of my uniform blouse and seductively slid the strap of my plaid jumper slightly down my shoulder. I stood in a model’s hesitation pose, being sure to hide my throat but still resemble Raquel Welch in “Barbarella” or Bridget Bardot in “And God Created Woman.” I knew he was looking—I felt it. And then my academic life as I knew it in this particular school came to a swift end.
Two girls at the beginning of the line were whispering, and our nun, with full, long taffeta habit and veil, decided to run and halt their words to spare them from the wrath of hell. What she missed was my foot, toe pointed attractively. In retrospect, the sound of the “whoosh” as the taffeta hit the tile was hysterical, but she thought that I had done it purposely. I vaguely recall her screaming, “And you are supposed to be a nice girl! I’ll make you a nice girl, Gigi Marie Sommers!” before she pummeled me into the ground, beating any and every part of my body until I fainted. My parents had never hit us in any way, and I wound up transferred to a public school shortly thereafter.
My husband and I could purchase a summer home with the cash I’ve spent on serums and products for my wrinkle woes. They seem to work initially, but I am always disappointed. Since Meg has led us to Beauty Ticket and prices are ridiculously discounted, I’m considering it a discount/drugstore this week to share a product straight from Heaven itself—“Too Faced’s Extreme Wrinkle Filler” in a tube. This is a multi-tasking miracle makeup primer.
The tube is clever, shaped like the barrel of an injection needle, with gradations as to quantity of product. It claims to fill lines without the “ouch” of Botox needles, and it works. I am on my third tube, and the benefits! This is more viscous than a serum, with a light ecru appearance. Unlike creams, there is absolutely no oily residue left behind to annoy or stain. The unique formula is to be used under makeup where wrinkles are an issue, but I also find that applying over my entire face works as a foundation itself. Wear is extended and greatly enhanced with a luminous appearance. Whether you wear makeup or not, this is a product that belongs in your vanity. In my case, it remains in the top shelf—front and center—of my Sears Craftsmen professional huge red cart (meant for power tools and garage necessities but great housing for cosmetics), along with my divided bait and tackle boxes. And some people feel I have a problematic fixation with makeup—how ridiculous!
Silicone immediately smooths away roughness. Polymers fill in any unattractive crevices, while other ingredients stimulate the production of Collagen, shown in studies to be highly effective in the long-term battle against aging. Mulberry Extract and Vitamin C brighten skin immediately. How great is this? It can be used on eyelids to prep them for shadow and allow dry or mature lids to handle shimmer products more naturally. A warning from the Drugstore Deals reviewer yet again: Always handle skin in this area quite gingerly, as it has no natural oil glands and is extremely vulnerable to damage! “Turkey Neck” is far less noticeable with the initial use and continues to fade away (perfect timing, as I won’t be confused with the Butterballs to be sold this fall for Thanksgiving).
The price at Beauty Ticket? Only $14.99, far better than the price of more than $26.00 where it is sold elsewhere. Beauty Ticket, we love you! For an item of this quality, it is a true bargain price. I did the ultimate “test” and applied this to my hands, where creases are beginning to form. And then I thought, “Creases, what creases?” And yet another way to entice you: The buttery-soft feel of your skin remains that way for hour upon hour, morning to night or the opposite. Your skin’s surface will surpass the finest, most luxurious kid-glove leather you’ve ever felt.
I have only one complaint. I like the syringe-like tube, but I wish Too Faced would sell this in an IV-sized bag! Excuse me, as I need my “fix.”
What do you use to fill?

I want this some women are always attracted to lip glosses and are TRUE lipgloss addict they ahve to many that they wont live long enought to get to try them ALL...and...I am the same about face cream and wrinkles magic potion....I have undred...cause I an't stop myslef buy those pretented miracle creams...and when someone that I can trust lol ( big compliment Gigi) talk about how good a product is...you can be sure than it will be in my bedroom near to all those amazing products that I already own lol in less than 2 weeks ( shipping takes forever sometimes to France).
Thank you....

That's me! I have...at least a lifetime supply of lipgloss. I can't help myself!I've been eyeing up this product too, since I am developing those lines from my nose to my mouth, and this seems a cheaper alternative to Juviderm.
I was definitely sold when you described the buttery soft feel! No but I think this would also be good for my boyfriend's wrinkles on his forehead (ever since I mentioned it he has been self-conscience)

I have not tryed it but will try it if i need it
I have tried two faced lip injection and it was amzing! any one who wante plumper lips should def give it a go! I looked like i had botox!i love the sound of this wrinkle filler but my sister says using anti aging products too young will make it worse in the long run what do you ladies think about that?! i cant help think that prevention is better than cure!
I have tried the lip injection from this line and it works freakely well-stings a bit but makes your lips massive.I being paranoid since I turned 21 bought the prescriptives invisable line filler-but its way more expensive-this is obviously a better product as it stimulates collagen-yey where as the prescriptives is just a cosmetic product-bulk buy.Ha a tool box full of makeup-great idea.Funny story-about the appetising lunch story-if I wasnt a vegetarian already that woul turn me into one.

I don't use any fillers yet - but the Too Faced one is one which I will definately be reaching for when I get a little older!Off the top of my head, I'm actually unsure of other fillers - L'Oreal being the only other company which springs to mind which makes one. And I certainly wouldn't be buying theirs!! But then theirs is more of a moisturiser anyway?? Hmm.Hopefully my current primer will suffice for now!! :)
Gigi, I don't want to get competitive with you, but I don't think all of my cosmetics/skin care products/tools will fit in just ONE Sears Craftman Tool Box, though I think that is ingenious. Do they come in pink? Is there a volume discount? I have been using Industrial Strength Spackle from the exclusive french line Maison Depot (the spanish sister line Casa Depot is also quite nice), but this product might be a viable alternative. After I use up the other 876 products I have.
I like the sound of this product, but I'm really not interested in purchasing any Too Faced products. I had a terrible experience with their customer service when I ordered something from their "Vintage" sale a couple of months ago. Currently, I'm using the Avon Magix primer and it does a great job. It fills in my pores decently and for the price you can't beat it.
Dying literally in regards to the ultimate "Catholic school experience..." HAHAHA! ONLY those of us who experienced "in the day of the nun" can TRULY blame our pasts for our present regressions! :)I have told my grandaughter that I was "Brittany before Brittany was born" We'd run out the door of that stuffy-school and roll up our shirts, tie up our white blouses, roll down our knee-socks,share a tube of sticky-red lippy and proceed to parade past the "bad boys" parked in front of the closest plublic-school with GREAT results,HAHAHA! I also remember having my face SCRUBBED to bleeding with nasty-ass brown/rough paper towels for wearing a hint of mascara to school....they were relentless in their pursuit of keeping us pure,HAHAHA!Those were the days girl! :)I admit to Juvaderm as my "spackle of choice" 2x's a year and am fortunate to have a Dr. that "underdoes" the job...I DO believe in and like the use of temporary-fillers but honestly,it's a step I skip currently....do I save any cash?Hell no! ;) LOVE the Two Faced line as a whole and am SO glad so many gve props to this unique product! HUGS to you my fellow red-headed sista' and partner in nun-related memories! ;)
Wonderful review my dear friend! I am so glad that the nuns didn't beat the spark out of you! Surely, if your parents had not been wise enough to move you to public school they would have tried! And God shouldn't hurt! I love Beauty Ticket!! And I have been so tempted to buy this clever looking tube of goodness! I am afraid that I have too much oil and too many zits to go for this yet. But my time is coming. I am not getting any younger! But Gigi, you are so lovely. Wrinkles could not mar your delightful beauty! I promise!!!!!!!
This post cracks me up.Luckily, I don't have to use any kinds of fillers and plumpers yet. I'm still pretty good :) In a couple of years though, I'm sure I'm going to start needing something. If this product is still around I may check it out. I love Too Faced products and haven't tried anything from them yet that I've been disappointed by. I'm sure that this is another great one.
I was tempted to buy this the last time I did my shopping on beautyticket.com. They have it on sale for $14.99 I believe!! Anyone interested should check out this site, they got AMAZING deals:-)).I guess I'll give it a try with my next shopping madness there, lol.
Make up your beauty-full mind...www.myspace.com/blackdivaworld
First -- Gigi, you had me giggling in line! In your honor, I just posted my photo in very own Catholic school uniform. Fortunately for me, when I was in elementary school, we were able to go home for lunch. No mystery stews until high school!Anyway, I was so excited to see your review of the wrinkle filler stuff. I just got it from Beauty Ticket - so I'm delighted to see my purchase validated :-) It is very nice... really does help with the wrinkle eradication (or at least hiding them). And I hadn't thought about using it in place of my eyeshadow primer. I'm getting ready to go to Spain and I'm trying to be a minimalist in the cosmetics I'm packing. I'm great with packing light (clothes and shoes) but not as great with my makeup gear. I love items with multiple uses!

Carol-You are so adorable! Love the picture!
Oooh! I might have to try this, especially at such a good price, to help with the little wrinkles under my eyes. It bugs me to no end when my makeup settles there.
I have the same problem. Very annoying! I don't have much lines or wrinkles else where (a couple on my neck too though) but those under my eyes are making me insane. This product sounds too good to be true, but I do take your word for it, Gigi! And yes, I definitely have to try to get it asap!
I have that problem too, even though I don't have dark circles, sometimes mascara or whatever settling into the fine lines can make it look that way! Q-tips for a quick cleanup are my best friends!
I'm definitely going to give this a try. Thanks for the review!
Well, Kellie - Thanks, but you can't help but be cute in a tacky navy blue jumper and the sexy peter pan collared blouse! I wore the same style for 8 years!! And then ended up with a very similar style (but in green) for high school. I've been trying to get over this bad start for decades! It's probably why I'm so in love with fashion and beauty products :-)

Gigi, I think I need to send those nuns a quick thank you. If it weren't for their intense behavior I wouldn't have had such a good laugh this morning. This product sounds perfect for my Grand Canyon between my brows. In fact, I'll trade you one line of a turkey neck for just a fraction of my brow canyon. Interested? I LOVE BEAUTYTICKET.COM!
Looks and sounds awesome. Im too young for wrinkle fillers. However, if my mom wore makeup, Id buy this for her. Even though she doesnt need it, she thinks she looks so old *rolls eyes*
Gigi, as much as I enjoy pinch-hitting for you, there is only one you, and this review proves why. Only you could come out on the plus side of a beat-down by nuns and remain the bestest of all our restest. And the cherry on top with sprinkles is that the product, which is fabulous as I can attest, cannot today be purchased at BeautyTicket.com because the web site is so jammed with orders it is having a cyber-nervous breakdown. Welcome Back, Kot-er, Gigi!
i always think too faced has the cutest packaging, and i do have to admit the same wrinkle fearsi dont like to have my pillows too high so that i don't get too many lines on my neck and i use countless creams on my face - but sometimes don't you ever wonder if the creams might be doing the reverse effect?

I love Beauty Ticket and I LOVE my Lip Injection!!! I will have to give this a try, i have these crazy frown lines on my forehead and have tried everything!!!
i think i'm still young for this product but hopefully it will still be around when i need to start using it. that's awesome that it works as a primer too! 2 in 1's are great.

Sounds interesting enough to give it a try!
I don't think I really need to use this yet either. I have just been using lotion/creams on my face to fill up any lines..

Gigi, your review was so funny! i actually love skincare more than makeup stuff. My skin is so picky! My neck has always has lines that were a bit more prominent. It doesnt worry me too much yet. I just use my regular face moisturizer at night on my neck. I had a question- are neck creams really that different than facial creams? i remember some brands specifically targeting neck area (Kate something Neck cream worth 50 bucks or so!). Have anyone ever tried a neck cream and was it much better than face cream on their neck?
Hey Wait for me!! I have been called back to work and have been MIA here at Megs. I will try this product. I have been trying too faced products lately and am happy w/ them.Vit C is always good, it gets rid of toxins and makes the skin luminous, Mulberry Extract is wonderful stuff, it has filters to prevent damage, proteins and other "good guys" to plump and firm the skin and it fills "pot holes" in the skin, the type of sugar in mulberry is needed for the skin and our body slows down w/ the production of this needed sugar, glucosamine is an example of a good sugar. It is no wonder it works so well.Gigi, your description of that nun whipping you, I got the vision of you getting attacked by a giant penguin in drag!!! I am sorry you went thru that but all of your lifes events have made you the wonderful Gigi we all know, love and TRUST. TRUST is a biggie. You're the best!!!! Love You.
Great review! Gigi, I'm sold. I am ordering some tonight. Right now I am using L'Oreal's Collagen Filler and I'm pretty happy with it, but this product sounds too good to pass up. Actually it's less than the L'Oreal product; I am on my third tube of the L'Oreal filler and at $19.99 I've already spent almost $60 on it this summer. I do see results from using it, though. Actually, the results I've seen are identical to the before and after shots they show on the back of the product's packaging. I use it twice a day under moisturizer. Do you use this product over moisturizer or in place of it?
Indi
Gigi, thanks a whole bunch! I never win anything - and this time I didn't even know there was something to win. It is my lucky day :-) I'm waiting to see if my skin will start to look like it did when I was 6!
Carole
this product sounds like a good investment! If I can't keep the wrinkles at bay then I know thaere is a product out there that will at least hide them!! thanks for the 411
Thanks so much for the information!!! I have been looking for something just like this for the under eye area. I ran out today and bought some at Ulta....hope it works!!!
OMG I am soooo Afraid of getting turkey neck too!!!!!I was looking at this when they had it as the deal of the week for really cheap, but I didnt end up buying it.Is it just a temporary filler. Like only cosmetic? Or does it actually help in the long run smooth of the wrinkles? The description had me thinking it was purely a cosmetic coverup. So I didnt get it... though they do come in handy, i really want to work on actually helping my wrinkles appear less... wrinkly in the long run.

oh wow, I have been struggling to find a product that fills in the fine lines that I have. Right now I am using Olay Regenerist serum and I am not very happy with it. It was expensive and I don't see it doing much of anything. This is cheaper on beautyticket.com and looks very promising!
I tend to be a little shy of silicone based products. This sounds nice, but how does silicone plump up wrinkles? Silicones are polymers that include silicone together with carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, and sometimes other chemical elements.Leave it to be to be a downer, that is what happens when one is a engineer.

I'm only 22 but today I noticed a little line under my eye :0 I don't know if I should start treatments on it yet or not. What if it makes it worse in the long term?
I got this as part of a set with Lash Injection and a small tube of lip plumper. I didn't really know what to do with it since I don't have wrinkles (yet). But now that I know it can be used under eyeshadow, I'm totally gonna use it every day! I hope it works. Okay, I must retract my previous statement about no wrinkles. I went to take my makeup off and I noticed lines under my eyes. Lines! This stuff is going in my rotation.
I don't use any fillers, but i do get oversized pores here and there... and freckles across my cheeks from too much sun. Usually I just snap off some aloe vera plant. cut the thorns, wash it and apply the juice on my face. After it's dried up, the result is amazing. i got rid of pretty much everything for me. Acne, scars, pores etc etc. it even got rid of wrinkles for my mum!

Oh my Gigi - you had me weeping with laughter. I also attended a convent, but private schools here used to almost always be single sex - we were kept far away from boys. Later I attended an Anglican boarding school which I loved, even though I wasn't the 'jolly hockey sticks' type. Regrettably boarding school food wasn't the 'chicken with ALL the trimmings' you describe. It was traditional English comfort food, with Cottage Pie, magnificent steamed puddings, delicious roasts etc. They fed us 6 times a day - 3 proper 2 course meals, and tea and sandwiches/biscuits/buns in between. You could see who was a boarder from a mile away - we were all husky girls! That primer sounds like the bees knees. My turkey neck is the bane of my life - it's the one thing that gives my age away, along with my hands. They should make a hand primer......Much Love to you......

Is this something that i need at 22?!?! Iam not sure if Something like this is good for once you have wrinkles.. or is it good for stop them before them come?!?
I think this is more of a camouflage product so it's best to use something that prevents wrinkles while we're still young. It's great to use to hide the uglies when time is catching up on us! I don't know if this works as good as MAC's version of this (I forgot the name) but you sure can't beat the price at Beautyticket!
I went out and bought this product yesterday, based on your recommendation. It is a miracle product.....it hides the wrinkles andblack circles under my eyes and looks great, not cakey!! I LOVE IT...I WILL NEVER LIVE WITHOUT THIS from now on!!! THANKS SO MUCH !!!!
i dont have any wrinkles but i want to start using anti aging products soon but im only 18 so its kinda weird. but i'll try to stick to my regime!
I got the Too Faced Wrinkle Injection in a kit of theirs. It came with a Lash Injection and a Lip Injection. I have a hard time with silicones, as it makes my skin break out. I like the small tube, because it allows me to do spot treatments, unlike the Smashbox primer. Since I can do the spot treatments for my problem areas, I don't have any issues with breakout when I use this. It's a good product, but I usually forget to apply it.
OoOo When should we start preventing wrinkles? I am still a teenager.
Oh Gigi, what a fantastic review! Fortunately I don't have any wrinkle concerns as yet, but I'll definitely be writing this little tube down ready to bust out when the creases start to develop. I've been telling my partner for the past year that when I turn 30 I'm starting botox, whether I need it or not, as a preventative measure. Upon hearing this news I think I might not need to go quite that far. Thanks for potentially saving me hundreds of dollars! :D
What a great story, I choked on my water this morning I was laughing so hard.I have been in search of something to save my forehead from turning into a road map and this sounds like just the ticket. I too went to a Catholic School, but you were lucky, mine was all girls and the boys school was next to ours. We were told by the nuns that if we walked on the boys grass we would get pregnant. I laughed with my girlfriends then just about as hard as I laughed at your story.
I am luky enough to not have to use any fillers yet...but it's always good to be prepared. I may have to buy this for my mum though. She's been complaining alot about her wrinkles, which are starting to show.(hey, I think she look really good for *cough* 46 *cough*...and I am really glad she doesn't read this sight or she would see that I just gave her age away. sorry mom).
