ANATOMICALS! EYE CREAM ,YOU SCREAM WE ALL SCREAM FOR EYE CREAM!

Hello studio audience - Jeanasina here!  Today I’m going to be talking to you about anatomicals “eye cream… you scream, we all scream for eye cream”!  This company is so off the charts fun I don’t know that anything I can say could possibly be more clever or as funny as this company is!  Honey, the spotlight is totally on anatomicals, I’m just the prop guy in the back laughing at their material!  Listen to what it says on the tube! “regenerating eye cream for value, performance and cuteness…” How adorable is that!  What eye cream EVER says anything about being ‘cute’ as part of the results of using their eye cream!  Man it’s been a long LONG time since anyone used the words “she’s cute!” on me!  I’d horde the stuff and eat it just totally hoping I get to be thought of as cute again one more time in this lifetime!  Nobody says ‘cute’ anymore.

These days all you hear is, “She’s hot!”  If you overhear guys sometimes when they are checking out a girl, one guy inevitably will say in a high voice “She is one FINE lookin’ woman” and then make some gestures to go along with his admiring glances.  On TV when they want you to buy their lipstick - they tell you that if you use their lipstick you’ll be sultry, daring, sizzling, exotic and completely compelling!  Not once do they say “Use our lipstick and you’ll look really cute!”  Like I said, people don’t use the word ‘cute’ anymore very often, at least not when looking directly at me!

I think I mentioned before I’d just love to own this store if they opened one in my town!  Oh man, EVERYBODY would be in the store and the ENERGY in this store has to be really great all the time!  I mean these people get to come up with off the wall names for their products!  I wish I worked for them just to help come up with more hysterical names for great products!  Their philosophy seems to be…

Whatever you look like,
whatever shape you are in
We only want you for your body.

They have that last line on most of their containers too.  Ingenious marketing!

Clever and creative names for every single product!  A month or so ago we reviewed “No Old Bags Allowed” -and we LOVE IT! I mean really!  “No Old Bags Allowed”!!! - Do you think for one minute Estee Lauder is EVER going to call their line of eye cream, “No Old Bags Allowed”?  NEVER!  But anatomicals must have known they have a great product line - the items they sell all WORK great! The feedback is always that people are really happy with the quality and results of their products…SO…….if people already are sold on the product, then…how about if we just name each item ANY THING WE WANT TO!  And that, is what I think, they did!  They have a cream called “Puffy the eye bag slayer”!!! - I want to work there and help create these names!  Can you imagine how much fun they must have every day?  They must bounce names off of one another and bust a gut laughing and then spend hours narrowing it down to which is the funniest name for their newest product and then they start all over again!

You use the… Eye Cream, You scream, We All Scream for Eye Cream…twice a day. You are to apply it to the ‘delicate eye area’  I’m never sure just how much of the eye area is considered ‘delicate‘, so I pretty much swathe just about the entire eye socket and the circumference around that and I think I have it covered.  I’d use the no old bags allowed when I felt that my eyes had reached a very unflattering hag like quality.  It definitely helped perk them up!

I have a lot of eye creams - everybody wants to win the race for best eye cream!  I mean, where do you even start?  Even though we watch our eyes like vultures looking to see if there is a new laugh line or crinkle that wasn’t there the day before - is there really any cream that can honestly bring your eyes back to the way when you were in your 20’s?  I don’t think so - not really.  But in the meantime, I still believe that using eye cream is important and I never miss a day or night of putting it on!   The Anatomicals Eye Cream, You Scream, We All Scream for Eye Cream is odorless, comes out in a white cream which turns completely transparent the moment you touch it and put it around your eye.  It feels a bit cool when you put it on; but it’s a nice feeling. I liked this cream a lot but.

Anatomicals is on Facebook!
This review might have been even longer but I got totally sucked into their Facebook page.  Look at it - you are definitely going to like it!  Just start with looking at their “INFO” page! Once you get there you can read the names of all their fun products!   Listen to this, they have a bar of soap that’s called “Get your filthy hands on me”!   I wonder how the scenario would play out if, at the exact second I came home with that soap in my bag, my husband happened to drive up on his Harley and ask me “What’s in the bag dear?”  If I looked back at him and answered “Get your filthy hands on me”…would he assume I’m talking to him and act on it?Kiss

Have any of you tried this screaming eye cream or scanned the website!

Click on http://www.anatomicals.net/ to order or to watch their promo video which you WILL watch more than once just to see these people in the photos again!  Everything about anatomicals is just so out there and so much fun!  Everything from the visuals to the colorful packaging to the names of the products to the sound effects …EXTREME DELIGHTFULNESS!

Who else is gaga for all things anatomicals!?!

This sounds great.  I've been looking for an eye cream.  I don't really have bags so I wasn't going to get the no old bags allowed cream.  I love the marketing of anatomicals to but I don't know if they actually work or not.

Great review! I am 25 and i am seeing first eye wrinkles.... So sad! I am trying all different things  but I am guessing those wrinkles are here to stay. I hope to prevent any more coming. My question is- can we apply eye cream on the top of eye too, or just under? A girl as Estee Lauder counter told me I should not apply eye cream on top of eye, as it will get into my eyes and cause cataracts or something else horrible!Anyone knows if there is any truth to it? Since i am thinking top area of my eyes also need some treatment.

faith!  Great questions!  I did a little research on eye creams and found some helpful advice on eyeskincream.org ."5 Big Reasons to Use Anti Wrinkle Eye Cream
When was the last time you applied some anti wrinkle eye cream or gel to the area around your eyes? If you think that you can just use the same cream that you use on your face around your eyes, think again.
The skin around your eyes is different than the skin on your face and you need a cream or gel that is made specifically for the area around your eyes. It is especially important to use eye cream or gel if you want to look younger and rejuvenated because nothing will make you look older than dark circles or baggy eyelids.
Here are 5 big reasons why you should get out there and find anti wrinkle eye cream.
1. The skin around your eyes has very thin membranes and the creams that are made for face care are designed to deeply penetrate. An anti wrinkle eye cream is specially formulated for the skin around your eyes and won't do any harm. You have to find an eye gel or cream that has effective ingredients that won't penetrate too deeply because that can cause irritation.
2. A good anti-aging skin care regimen absolutely requires the use of a good anti wrinkle eye cream that will help reduce bags, puffiness, and darkness around your eyes, as well as wrinkles. Some people think that you have to have two separate products to deal with bags and puffiness and then wrinkles and fine lines. Any good product that is worth your time will address all of those issues. The way your eyelids look will make a drastic difference in your overall appearance.
3. A regular face cream will not combat the signs of aging like an effective anti wrinkle eye cream or gel. Good eye creams and gels contain active ingredients like eyeliss, haloxyl, and the nano-emulsion form of coenzyme Q10. By using a quality product with these ingredients, you will notice a difference within just days of using it.
4. Any product you use on your eyelids has to go through rigorous testing because of the possibility that it can enter your eyes. That is a big reason why you can't use regular face cream on your eyelids and need an anti wrinkle eye cream that won't damage your eyes if it accidentally enters them.
5. The part of your face that is most vulnerable to the signs of aging is the area around your eyes because it is so thin. The only way to reverse the aging process is by using an anti wrinkle eye cream or gel."

Love these guys.  LOVE them!  Back when Meg gifted some of us with the "no old bags" gel I went on their UK website to order some items and was defeated by their (then) wonky ability to process US currency.  I emailed back and forth, trying various suggestions to no avail, when Paul just threw up his electronic hands and said, "Hells Bells, Joan, how about we just give you your order and you tell a bunch of friends about us?"  So I put them together with Meg, who has the biggest bunch of friends going, and the rest is history.  Except that of course when that free order came through they had included a bunch of other products plus a really snazzy tote bag.  And those of you who know me know I can never resist a good tote.  So please, puhleese, now that they have fixed their US ordering and distribution and are, as Jeanasina says, on Facebook, go over and look at what they do.  I guarantee you you will look better, smell better and laugh your asses off in the process.

Another great v off the wall review jeanasina-you'd be the perfect one to come up with new names for anatomicals product-love to see what you'd come up with.Eyecream is just one of those things I cannot do without if I skip a day or two my eye area becomes totally dehydrated and once I apply again my eye area sighs with relief-I like the sound of the cooling sensation it'd be great for waking up your eyes in the morning. Thanks for clearing up the putting the eye cream all round the eyes or just underneath-cause I always put it all round-so its nice to hear this one doesn't irritate the eyes.Just been on the website-seven deadly skins scrub-genius.

Wow.Usually when I see those "fun" companies I don't even give them a passing glance. Because if it's "fun" it's probably not usefull. But after this review... I am willing to try it!  I am a major MAJOR WRINKLE PHOBE!!!!!I'm only 23 and I have seriously considered getting botox. But I promised myself I would try topical applications first.
So these kind of reviews are most helpful to me!Also... I need lessons on applying eye cream. Im pretty sure I'm too rough and probably stretching the sin out WAY to much causeing more wrinkles!!

I actually checked this site out, and I have to say their names are absolutely fab. Ok Jeanasina - how bout we both go work there? There's a job I could forward to - finding crazy names for products. What fun. And personally my eyes are screaming for eye-cream which brings me to your 'but'.... I'm wondering how does it stack up against other eye creams. I mean if I had money to burn, I would seriously buy this product for the heck of it, the prices are reasonable, but does it deliver?....As for the 'Get your filthy hands on me" bar of soap - I think every girl should keep a couple in their bag - to accidentally drop when you spot potential....think I'm going to strong arm a friend in the UK into getting me some....could prove very useful.

Another product that caught my eye was a lippie called "Stop Cracking Up," lol. I'm a sucker for lip balms. Thanks to Jeanasina & Meg's site for introducing this line to me.

Once more, Jeanasina, you have me laughing but you have "nailed" the product.  I howled at the name.  No, Estee Lauder would not dub a cream by that title, but that's the beauty--it makes you want to try it!  And it made my husband want to try it!  Now there's an ongoing tug-of-war over Anatomicals.  I am blessed to have no eye wrinkles, but the majority of treatments use oils and will cause fluid to build up; eyes become more swollen, not more attractive.  I love the formula!  Faith, you have been so kind and helpful with information that you are forgiven for using regular moisturizer under your eyes.  Just don't do it again (kidding)!   It's great to see you active here!

Love this company, love this line's outlook, and loved your review Jeanasina! I have the most sensitive eyes on the planet.  I really can't use much of anything around my eye area so this cream didn't work for me.  It made my eyes water and caused a bit of irritation.  Almost all eye creams do that. BUT! Thank God for Anatomicals: NO BAGS ALLOWED GEL because I use that everyday. Total life saver, no irritation, nothing but cool, soothing, moisturizing comfort.  If I can use it without any adverse reactions then anyone of you with sensitivity issues can easily use it and reap the benefits!

I haven't used this product but I was lucky enough to be browsing through TJ Maxx the other day and I found some Anatomicals!  It was a body wash called In the Name of the Lather Orange and Lime body cleanser.  It comes in a bright orange square bottle with a pump.  It smells really good to me and does its job well.  If it were a little more moisturizing it would be even better.  I have enjoyed using it but I don't know if I'd bother trying to import more of it. And like pretty much everybody else, I poured over the Anatomicals website when the brand was first mentioned on Meg's and I nearly died laughing.  This is a very very sneaky brand.  I think that they purposfully make their names hysterically funny so you laugh and laugh and laugh and as we all know, laughing causes laugh lines and crinkles around the eyes - which we then can purchase a cream to remedy by who?  Anatomicals.  Sneaky, cheeky little blighters eh?

I visited their website and it turns out all of their products have cute names!  :)The lip balm I received from Meg works SOOO WELL!  And it smells delicious too.  I'm not sure if I need eye cream right now, but I'll keep this product in mind for later.
