BOYS GET ALL THE TOYS!
Katie here! It really is a man's world. No one thinks anything they say is silly when sitting along a looong conference room table. They get paid more. They get to pee standing up! And, here's the kicker: somtimes their skincare products are harder-working and more action packed than those typically marketed to us women! So I've gathered together my top five picks for some steal-from-his-medicine-cabinet-worthy men's products:
1) Jack Black Intense Therapy - Cures every sort of chapped lip there ever was AND it has SPF 25. Even celebs like Lindsey Lohan carry these around! And they're a very reasonable $7!
2) Anthony Logistics Mud Scrub Exfoliating Bar - " This multi-purpose soap is enriched with Dead Sea mud and oatmeal to exfoliate and smooth, and glycerin and aloe vera to moisturize and soothe." It's the heaven's gift to shaving. It smooths and exfoliates for a soft, close shave and its a great tool for before a self-tanner application.
3) Billy Jealousy's Combat Lines Face Moisturizer SPF 30 - a unique take on a daily moisturizer. It has a broad-spectrum UVA/UVB shield. A pattened aloe-vera derived compound called Hydrapol helps to correct the visible signs of sun damage and a powerful punch of antioxidant vitamins A,C,&E to help combat sun-damage. A really good standby for a day outside at the lake or beach or horse races (whatever!) when you want something heavier-duty than your standard daily moisturizer.
4) Jack Black Industrial Strength Hand Healer - The hand cream to end all hand creams. "Perfect for excessively dry spots on elbows, feet and knees, this cream is road tested by guys who work with their hands-chefs, doctors, golfers and carpenters. Dermatologist tested, fragrance-, alcohol-, and colorant-free. "
5) Jean Paul Gaultier Monsieur Powder Bronzer - This matte bronzer is perfect for body contouring that makes for a "discreet, natural, healthy look. " It also comes in a snap-closure case with a brush!

Speak for yourself, I stand up to pee all the time! In public restrooms that is. I guess it's really more of a squat..............he, he, he, he, he.
Yes...I can just see a man making sure he contours himself before he leaves the house. Anyway! Jack Black Intense Therapy is something I have tried before, but looking at the ingredients and comparing them to some other cheaper brands, it is really over-priced. I'm sticking with my feminine packaging of Burt's Bees Thankjooverymuch!
It does seem like boys do get all the good toys. I personally love the scent of manly things. I love the smell of mens body sprays and body products. I love it so much that sometimes I will spray some of my brothers cologne on, or use some of his axe body wash. Talk about feeling refreshed!
I have been using the Jack Black lip balm at night for a couple years. I discovered it at Beauty.com (originally as a cheap product from the Beauty.com side to add to any Drugstore.com order to get the samples with my order, LOL). I love it. I gave a tube to DH, but, he is so bad about using it, I keep it for me. Their hand cream rocks as well!
I'm always on the lookout for a new lip balm, that Jack Black lip balm is next on my list! I got hooked on my dad's perfume (Lacoste "I forgot the name"), but it smelled so good on me that I shared a bottle with him.
Ok, I just got my Jack Black in the mail. I chose the lemon version. It is great!! It smells fantastic without being overpowering. It doe not have a yucky taste. And it is not sticky at all. This may become a new favorite. It is so worth a try. I would recommend it to anyone.
I think many male or female products can be used by either. Many things are interchangeable. I use a men's eye cream. Anthony's I think?
From a lot of the men's products my brother gets, they smell like boy. I don't know how else to describe it, maybe it has similar fragrances to cologne? I wouldn't want to smell like that all the time. But for a lot of products there doesn't really seem to be a need for a men's and women's line. I think a lot of it is just packaging, usually men's stuff is in black and has more simpler packaging. I guess they don't want to take pink flowery containers with them to the gym to have a shower afterwards!
my boyfriend likes the LAB action line too. I might get the jack spade for him... and possibly take it from him.
My little sister and I used to use men's Adidas cologne. I've since then switched to the female version.
*~*AMY RENEE*~*When life hands me lemons, I'm opting for lemon pound cake!
My man can't even get into the habit of moisturizing let alone contouring... Actually he wouldn't know what contouring even is (but I love him all the same ;) )
sometimes i use the gel shower of my man only this i prefer girly scent !!! :)
"they get to pee standing up"yup. i'm jealous of that, too!

I really like my Soft lips lip balm.
I sometimes use mens deodorants, i just prefer the smell of some of them to the awful, overly sweet smelling musky womens.
I'm glad I don't have to use this!
light men's perfume and men shower gel work fine!
i love this
Gotta love it!
