SURGEON'S SKIN ONE STEP MANICURE! BODY BEAUTIFUL!
Hello you mavens of makeup! It’s Jeanasina time once again! Meg and her delightful staff were kind enough to send me a smile-enducing small package filled to the brim with BIG surprises! Now that’s a "for sure" good reason to kiss your mail man! Somebody gag me - my mailman - not really interested..anyway
There is a fantastic product that I’m going to talk to you about today! Get ready...Say this with me...”Surgeon’s skin secret one step manicure!!!!” I’m telling you - it’s a very nice trip into a total transformation of the texture of your hands! I garden and so my hands - well you know - virtual road maps... with 22 pounds of dirt and bacteria under my fingernails...anyway...I opened the jar and a lovely lemony smell came forth and you just had to keep smelling it trying to decide if you actually like the smell! But you find that you do...so you follow the instructions and take a minute to rub this sugary feeling substance into your hands and then down to your cuticle and just when you really get into it you find that it’s been a whole minute and now you have to rinse the lovely substance off of your hands! NOOOOooo...
So then you grab your favorite towel, and you gently dry your hands, constantly examining them to see if anything looks different...and then you find yourself rubbing your hands up and down just thinking “Wow! Something GOOD just happened to my hands! And they appear to look pretty good don’t they? Maybe a little shiny but they are just about as smooth as a baby’s butt right? Oh yeah! I’d buy this stuff. Just do it one time and even if you end up throwing it out...you won’t forget the day you tried this stuff on your hands for just one minute! I’d give it an A+ however, after you use it - DO NOT IMMEDIATELY PICK UP YOUR BEST SILK SCARF!!!!
Here's what they say "Surgeon's Skin Secret One Step Manicure, a rich formula of sea salts, shea butter and botanical oils, will provide micro-dermabrasion relief in 60 seconds. Your newly exfoliated skin will be smooth, silky and healthy. It will not separate from suspension, or cause burning or skin irritation."

I love the way this smells...but I am a big citrus girl. And it definitely works to make my hands super soft. Another added bonus, as some of you may know I had a spray tan disaster and this stuff on my whole body in the shower worked WONDERS at getting the blotchy remnants of DHA off of my chest/arms/legs/neck etc etc. Maybe the added acidity from the citrus helped...? I don't know but this was definitely a lifesaver in that regard and makes your hands feel extremely soft (especially mine after using them to scrub my entire body). I keep chasing my boyfriend and making him feel my hands. He thinks I am a psychopath but he thought that before anyways so it's fine. Anyways I would definitely recommend this product!
I DO Like this,I received a jar to test out also and would absolutely give it a big thumbs up for dramaticresults although I'm not sure about the scent...I would buy this again though,my husband likes it too and it'snice to have by the sink for quickie manicure- re-dos! Hands matter...a lot...cover them with sunscreen too ladies!!!
I bought this after Meg posted it because I was desperate! I have bad nails anyway, and my job (I'm a train conductor) makes them infinitely worse - DIRT, luggage, mechanical repairs, switches, you name it. My hands are calloused with overgrown cuticles, hangnails, roughness. Or they were. This product is amazing, does just as the name says. Wow - I just rub it in, and my hands are smooth, cuticle-free, hangnail free, smooth, and so, so soft! My nails sparkle, too! And easy enough that I do it - manicures were such a time investment, and I had a "what's the use?" attitude after a while. I also adore the lemon scent - my boyfriend follows me around like a dog after I use it. Yay, yay!!!
I looooove this. I've been using it at least once a week since I got it. I'm a sucker for scents (as you probably already know) and this smells like Lemonheads, which were my favorite candy when I was a kid! It makes my hands soooo soft, especially when I follow it up with a good moisturizer. I've been having to beat my boy off with a stick from it! He's been in the habit of filching some of my products lately (like my Queen Helene Mint Julep Face Masque and my Cosmedicine Medi-Matte), so I've started hiding this in my "Mary Poppins" bag (the "purse"/tote that I carry everywhere and throw everything in). I've even used it on the go once or twice when I didn't have time in the morning to do my entire routine!
OH no! This was my next natural review! Oh well...onto the next great product. I too received this from Meg and liked itright away. Probably has something to do with my affinity for citrusy smells and quick fix's. Just one minute and my handsreally felt better. I'm really into taking care of my hands and decollete right now as we tend to overlook them. Everseen a woman who obviously takes good care of her face and skin but neglects her hands and neck. Its the strangest thing. She's obviously beautiful and well put together with a smooth and radiant face. Then you look down and her neck looks like a tree trunk. I know my family history and this is EXACTLY where I will end up if I don't take care of both of them. Solittle treats like this work well and are fast. Great for my busy schedule.
Love, hugs and shoes...Angie
Ohh this smelled soo good and my fingers were soft as cashmere afterwards! And it was so simple for the effects of a full on manicure. Step 1: Wash Hands. Step 2: File Nails. Step 3: Polish of choice. WOW!

omg, I love lemon scented things. Might have to try that soon. I have the Bath & Body Works (body?) sugar scrub, and love using it on my hands. They always end up so soft... It's not really microdermabraison, like the Surgeon's Skin scrub, because the Bath and Body Works version has pretty large grains of sugar/salt. Still makes my hands lovely and soft. :) But as with any oil based scrub, I have to be careful not to get things oily, as jeanasina said.
