OK, I'm not Rachael She is off filming a movie somewhere and I (Meg) am in my guestroom trying to decide whether or not to swing by the dry cleaners-we have very similar Thursdays. I'm actually OK with Rach forgetting her deal for you today because that gives me a chance to tell you (insist) that you all go out and get Lumene Radiant C- Energy Drops. I'm thinking this is going to be a huge cult item and best ever? Yup, at CVS!

A few weeks back I had a meeting with the gorgeous girls at Kaplow PR in NYC and they were showing me the new products from Lumene. All of the girls were so excited to show me this particular item. Inside a glass jar are individual beauty caplets-they're packed with vitamin C,and wild arctic cloudberry. Listen, I don't exactly know the science in there but listen to Meg! Listen! It is amazing. Did you get that I really like this product?

When we had our last Megsmakeup.com mailing, all the girls oohed and awed when we passed around the beauty caplets to try. You could hear "Oh my gosh, it just filled in the lines on my hand!" To "This feels so sot and smooth, it feels so expensive!" . It's everything a girl could want and it is not expensive! You get atleast a months treatment out of this and it's around $14 and easy to find.

I'm telling all you ladies you really have to try this because I'm reaching for it over my face treatments that cost 10x as much! That is a true Drugstore Deal!

Here's a little info on my newest favorite! "Instant Beauty treatment especially for tired, dull and lifeless skin. These feel a lot like a primer, that super smooth silcone type feeling. If you like that feeling, you'd love these. Too bad for me primer on my oily skin makes me cringe, but on my hand-it was really lovely. I'll echo Kryss-I think a drier gal would do really well with these.

I am a Beauty Department Manager at CVS where we have the Healthy Skin Care.(Only a few select CVS stores have this department which includes Vichy,La Roche Posay and soon to come Lierac) Lumene is one of our products and I can't keep the Energy Drops on the shelf,they are flying out the door! I keep a jar of testers out, and by the next day, the woman always come back to purchase them. You have to try them, they are fantastic!!!

One of my BFF's is a higher up at CVS and gets to go to this convention once a year where they get a ton of swag from vendors and I get to reap the benefits. I got a jar of these puppies for free! They are fabulous with giving dull skin some glow. I tried them back in January when winter is harshest up in New England and my skin was mighty drab. I will warn that about 2 weeks into the 28 days, I had the mother of all breakouts. I had clear skin for MONTHS and then I introduced these into my routine and had terrible skin for almost a month afterwards. My poor skin is still recovering. I do have oily to sensitive skin, however, so if you have "normal"(What is that?) to dry skin that isn't so reactive this may be perfect for you. The first two weeks using these capsules were great, though, so maybe stop at two weeks or less and take a break? The initial results were fabulous, so they're definitely worth a try :)

I have been using these for a few months now and its on my list of HG things I can'tlive without! I have combo skin and they seem to just smooth me right out without making my oily spots feel greasy. Plus I swear they give me a "glow" that even myhusband noticed. I have reddish tones in my skin and they seem to lessen with it.Typically I use them at night before my face cream (sometimes tempted to skip the creme)but I find they work FABULOUSLY when I'm in a morning pinch and can't do my full faceroutine. Just one capsule, top with my mineral powder, two swipes of bronzer and some mascara and I'm outta there! Plus they travel REALLY well since you can just pop a fewin your makeup bag for a quick weekend. Highly recommend these to anyone with fair skinand reddish tones that doesn't have oily skin. May be too emollient for them. Enjoy ladies!
