EPIONE SIGNATURE SERIES EYE CREAM!
Beverly Hills, CA is known for many things-movie stars, mansions and wealth. If you live in Beverly Hills and you own or are one of those three, then it is without a doubt you have a cosmetic surgeon or plastic surgeon or as we say in these parts "Yikes, look at this line! I have to call my PS"! In a town where everyone seems to be judged by their appearance, our personal PS's are the modern Rock Stars.
There is a very famous PS in town, no he will not do reality TV. Don't ask him. His name is Dr. Ourian and everyone in the know, knows him. >Beautyzilla had raved to me about him for years. My favorite girl about town, >Karina Grotz called me up nearly hysterical "Megan, Dr. Simon finally bottled his cremes. Oh my God, you are going to die! I'll have him send some to you and the ladies. It's amazing"!
I hung up the phone waiting for the magic cremes. Karina really does know everyone and said "Dr. Simon" like I should know who she was talking about. I didn't know but I just went with it. If some random Dr. Simon wants to send me cremes then I'm not going to turn them away! Especially since Karina was gushing!
A few days later I thought Louis Vuitton had made a mistake and sent some packages out to me. They were the most luxurious looking boxes I had ever seen! I opened the boxes up and gorgeous jars of creme were inside! NO, they were not from LV they were from EPIONE. All of a sudden my conversation with Karina was starting to make sense. The cremes were from Dr. Simon Ourian! Of course I had heard all about the Epione Center and Dr. Ourian. Just not on a first name basis. It would be like if your friend called to tell you their friend Keith was giving guitar lessons, then you show up and it's Keith Richards.
The Epione Center is like PS lover's dream! On to the cremes!
The Epione Signature Series Eye Creme is absolutely fabulous! Dr. Ourian has so many big name clients that he wanted to share his formula with those that may not have the hills of Beverly in their backyards. We all know that the delicate skin around the eye area has very few oil glands, therefore it is beneficial to apply an eye cream daily to keep it hydrated. This will help to reduce dryness and puffiness while minimizing fine lines and wrinkles. "Dr. Simon" added a chock full of vitamins and peptides to his creme, especially formulated with nourishment so that all of his clients will have the well rested look of his famous patrons!
Here's what Epione says about their Signature Series Eye Cream..."Nourishes cells with essential moisture to smooth and firm the skin Formulated with vitamins A, E And K to strengthen the delicate eye area and encourage the production of collagen
Powerful peptide-complex helps to reduce puffiness and bags under the eyes".
Ladies please let us know if you found the ultra-exclusive Epione Signature Series Eye Creme just as good as having a PS on speed dial!

My initial feelings about the Epione line was positive but the packaging of the products has really turned me off.The seal on the products isn't good and they start to get mold around the lids which is not a good thing. This isa very expensive line and since it's a doctor's line, I'm even more surprised that they aren't more concerned withthe packaging. I have both the eye cream and the face cream for fading spots and it's happened with both of them. The mold isn't actually in the jar but there I continue to clean out the lids and "black stuff" continues to show up again. I can't recommend it. I also haven't seen any long term results.
DDoll is right, we knew the Epione eye instantly. The packages are so LV, as a matter of fact you could buy a LV key chain, scarf or something of E-Bay and put it right in this box and noone would be the wiser. As far as the creme itself....ChiChi and I were up until 4 AM each night in Vegas and this creme saved us. I love the feel, and the fact that it's in a jar. I feel some things are best in jars, this way you can control the amount of product and none of it gets wasted stuck in a tube. I can't say enough about this line. Being the good daughter that I am, I shared the wealth with my momma as she is always on the hunt for an eye creme. I'll have her share her thoughts in a post. I will say that this was my 2nd fav of the Epione products I got. $90 is not all that crazy if a product really works. I'd rather buy one product taht works for $90 instead of 9 for 10 that I will never use because they don't work. If you are prone to puffiness, bags, and dark circles go buy this, you won't be dissapointed.
A PS indeed!! I've known Dr. Simon for years (he dated my girlfriend) and whenever I have a skin question or issue, I find my way over to his skin care clinic to crash his waiting room and pray for magic. I've not yet indulged in most of his surgical solutions or tried all the new fillers and fix-its that are out there like Restylane, Radiance or Juvaderm but, frankly, I'm just waiting for my face to fall down and then - sign me up! In the meanwhile, I pester Simon for his free advice and the occasional cream sample. My girlfriends and I always used to giggle at the creams he'd give us because they were in plain plastic containers with type-written Avery labels -- almost as if these powerful concoctions weren't street legal and in disguise! The only way you could get them was to be in the know and ask for them. A couple months ago, I got a huge gash in my leg and needed the stitches removed and the enormous scar in my leg to disappear -- again, I found my way to Epion in the hopes that Simon would magically solve this latest skin debacle. He mentioned that I should put "Firm & Fade" on it for the redness and thus, my introduction to the Epione Skin Care line began. I was like - what's Firm & Fade and can I put it on everything cause it sounds like something I want to put on my butt??? Simon smiled and said that I would finally be proud of his newly revamped packaging skills and out came three beautiful little brown boxes with three perfect little cube containers inside. And this where the addiction started. Simon was like a crack dealer with the stuff because you could only get it from him, it cost a fortune and the first time required a leap of faith. Oh - and the fact that he only had a limited amount of the stuff from the first batch. I immediately phoned Megan-- "holy crap - you have to get this stuff before its gone or then you have to wait again for six months." Seriously, it's like a Birkin bag for your face.So long story short, I had a blind date last night with a charming handsome guy I met online (yeah, I do everything online okay) and he said to me -- I swear to god -- "so you really look like you're 26 or 27, certainly you're not in your mid 30's" .....I batted my eyelashes and politely responded..... "well darling, I look good!"
Okay, I am VERY excited about this eye cream, and I don't know where to start. Meg gave me all three of these amazing creams from Dr. Simon for a birthday present (I am so happy my birthday was around the same time she got these amazing miracles in a fancy box and container) , but I will get to the other two later....I didn't really start using an eyecream untill recently...and it was not the best eyecream I was using (I think...compared to this one)...so I started using this the morning after Meg came out here for a visit and we were up WAY too late talking and drinking Champane....and I had to get up in the morning with two early bird babies....let me just say that this took away the bags, made my eyes look not tired anymore, and my skin around the eye looked so smooth.....all this from a little beautiful bottle. And I did not need to apply much, a little really goes a long way. It feels so smooth, and smells clean....Oh, I am in LOVE. I am so scared I am going to run out. I use this every morning, and the lines on my eyes have noticablly been reduced! The skin around my eyes glows.....seriously! I dropped the bottle by accident the other day, and a little spilled out onto the floor, and I almost cried....yes, seriously! I picked it up and put it on a tissue, and thought about ussing it....but didn't want to get bathroom floor cleaner...or anything mucky on me...so I had to throw a little on the tissue away, sniff, sniff....it was aweful!I RECOMMEND THIS FOR SURE!!!!!!!!!! TO EVERYONE!! GET SOME, IT IS AMAZING! TREAT YOURSELF OR SOMEONE YOU LOVE FOR THE HOLIDAYS!!!!
I will agree with all of the above, but also throw in a little dissent (cause that's the kindof girl I am :). The packaging is really remakable - before you even get to the product. I already got yelled at for tossing the boxes out (they really are beautiful), but I live in thehouse that was my grandparents' and when I moved in every closet (EVERY closet) was jammed fullof empty boxes. I do not want to die in a house full of empty boxes, so out they went. The products come in lovely, very expensive looking jars. But they are, nevertheless, jars.So Dr. Simon, after you read this perhaps you could look into some really luxurious lookingpumps or tubes?I've also experienced a little bit of stickiness (more like tackiness than sticky from moisture)after I put this on. Maybe from all the vitamins and other magical ingredients? But I will saythat if you shop around a bit, $90 for an eye cream is not unheard of or particularly outrageous. So I could happily repurchase (after it gets repackaged, of course :) withoutfeeling... overindulgent. It's really rich, too, and lasts forever, as you really only need alittle dot for each eye. I caught a glimpse of oncoming crow's feet in the mirror the otherday (don't you love how you can see exactly how your wrinkles are going to look before theyfully arrive? It's like they're saying "hi, there! see ya soon! right now we're little pixels, but we'll see you soon in full technicolor!") Well, watch out! I've got Dr. Simon and he'sno match for you!
when i received this luxurious skincare item, i thought "what have I done to deserve this?" I'm no Beverly Hills girl! So, you know by now the packaging is gorgeous. Beautiful thick chocolate brown linen paper box with a little ribbon pull to open. Awww, so cute! The second time I went to get it out to show someone how pretty it was, it ripped when i took out the jar...but really, that doesn't matter once you discover the magic of what's inside. The fluorescent yellow shade scared me a little bit, but once I put this on...I knew it was a miracle creme. After only a few days of use, someone guessed that I was only 25 or 26! It wasn't someone just trying to kiss my arse either. It's then I knew that this stuff blew my Murad out of the water. It actually does something, and it's noticeable...not just a cream that makes the area feel smooth. I never sleep well, and with this stuff...you wouldn't know it! I will definitely be saving up all my pennies for a refill.
Rather than doing my regular review when I love something (smells great, very moisturizing, gorgeous packaging-which is all true in this case) I'm going to tell you a true story. Me, Chi and Bunny in Vegas-very little sleep. Night 2 and I am really looking like it's night 2, if you know what I mean. I break out the Epione cream and put on one eye only, let it seep in than ask the girls which eye looks better. Instantly they point to the Epione eye. And they were right, less puffy by a mile. This stuff is AH-mazing!
Wow, I have to say this could have been the most exciting items we have received to review. Three high-end, high-tech creams from one of the biggest names in Hollywood. (Two more reviews to come soon here at megs) What a score! The eye cream is my favorite of the three (I think). Just like everyone has raved about, the packaging is lux and impressive. I love the idea of using the boxes for jewelry Blusleelee! I have saved the boxes but didn't come up with a use for them yet. Honestly, I would be happier with a pump type of applicator, but the square jar is fine. The real treat is the eye cream inside! This cream makes a noticeable difference just moments after applying! Our little experiment in Vegas was so exciting. You could see that one of Ddolls eyes looked brighter and less puffy. Just what you want an eye cream to do. I do not have problems with puffiness so much but I do have under eye darkness. Epoine's Eye Cream gave my eyes a brighter, clearer look and helped keep the fine lines away. Used every morning and night, this eye cream delivers on its promises and gives the whole eye area a brighter, youthful look. Well worth the splurge!
I was thrilled when Meg told me about Dr Simon’s products and that we would be reviewing them. I had been to the Epione Center before and have seen their ads in magazines, so to be able to try one of their products I felt like I had won the jackpot. Like Meg mentioned the packaging is very high end looking. I even kept the box to put my earrings in. This eye cream is everything it says it is and more. I reached the wonderful age of 50 last month and now more than anything I want to reduce the look of time. It has made a difference in the condition of the skin around my eyes. They are less puffy and on the nights when I don’t get enough shut eye the bags aren’t screaming “she was out late last night”. I love the feel of the cream, it’s very light and my skin soak it in. There is no residual cream left to interfere with when I apply my concealer. Girls save your penny’s for this one, it’s worth it!!
It's true that I have been a fan of Dr. Simon WAY before he connected with us at Meg's make-up. It's funny that I wasn't the one to connect him with us (Thanks Karina!) But I am sure am glad we did! I have tried all the expensice eye creams: La Prarie, La Mer, Nutrabiasse, Darphin, and all the ones from Meg's Make-up too. So when I opened This one I was skeptical: it didn't look thick enough to be effective. But boy oh boy, was I WRONG!!! Do NOT be fooled by the light consisteancy of this eye cream because it packs a punch!! If i put it on in the morning, my eyes are still moisturized by the evening! Another great thing about it is that it doesn't irritate my eyes at all! SO MANY eye creams make me tear up, and burn, but this one...NEVER!! Also, I've found that many eye creams are hard to apply make-up over. They have a weird reaction to the make-up and then the make-up goes on clumpy. But this eye cream is a great base for make-up. Smooth and silky! I was a fan of Dr. Simon as a dermatologist, and now I am a SUPER fan of his as a beuaty product mixologist. I would buy whatever he had for sale and stockpile it in a secret underground bunker! For get water and flashlight! I want Dr. Simon's eye cream!!! (I'll see you wednesday Dr. Simon!!!)
I love the packaging from the box to the jar perfect. It felt as light as a gel but as moisturising as a cream and thats not just moisturising for a moment but all day,Its choc full of vitamins and just makes your skin glow.It doesnt irritate not one bit.I love it and thats only after the first day.

It's a bit expensive for the product's quantity, but the quality makes it a little better. Also the container is nice but not so practical.
I think it would be really nice to have Megs do a post on why woman should use eye cream, and possibly advise on some products for specific issues.
... sanity is relative, insanity is quantum mechanics ...
Sounds wonderful but with my super sensitive face, I wish I could buy trial sizes first.
Love this so much. Sounds amazing
