I think it's awesome that we can help take more fact out of fiction from the cosmetic counters! The more information out there is one less dollar wasted! I encourage all of our readers to write what peeves them, what makes them shout with glee! It's all a learning experience and hording your knowledge is so wasteful! We're all in the race against time so let's share. Jen wrote to me that she was a "SAHM". I had to ask 4 people and finally Google it to see she was a "StayAtHomeMom".
Jen interveiwed me for her site, I hope it's not boring. The coolest part of the interveiw was that she asked me...What is your favorite song? She plays my favorite song in the background of my interview. How cool is that?
So there is no "Mondays with Meg" this week because I think Mythbuster Beauty - Learn about Meg Here! covers it.

Many thanks women! Meg really surprised me with this post, picture and all! When I woke up this morning to check Megsmakeup (like the fellow SAHMs), I just about fell out of my chair! I am overwhelmed by your love and encouragement. Hotel Cipriani 2012, sounds good to me! I am learning so much, networking, building my ideas, and having a really fabulous time neglecting my family, and I owe much of this to you! Jen aka 38
I can't take credit for that trip, Meg said it, OOPS I didn't quote her. I hope I don't get sued. I know between product, Vegas and drinks I could have paid for a trip, some others *cough chi,doll,meg cough* could have bought a summer home there by now.
WTG Jenn, I'm sending this to all the SAHM's I know that haven't so much as put on chapstick in the last year let alone started a blog. Just because your a mommy doesn't mean you can't feel beautiful. I think your site is awesome, I know will be managing my on-line time between Megs, Perez and Mythbuster and the occasional game on gsn when I can't sleep. That damn balloons game is addicting. Anyway everyone save up the pennies it looks like we are going on The 1st Annual Beauty Rendezvous to the Hotel Cipriani We will sit outside, take in the gorgeous gardens and Mediterranean Sea, sipping drinks and planning our shopping! WHOOO HOOO it will probably be around 2012 until I can afford to go but that's only if I cancel Christmas, all birthdays and only eat twice a week.
OMG!!!! What a great interview!!! 38(aka Jenn)..I really admire you for starting your own blog. This put the biggest smile on my face...what a way to start my Monday. You ladies are so special and it really warms my heart to be part of this family. Mother Megan even has some of her "little babies" going off and doing their own blogs...you must be so proud, Meg. I feel all warm and tingly inside....I think this is going to be a fabulous day!!! Thank to Jen and Meg!!!!! I love it!!!
I'm inspired to start cleaning house. My husband always says I should open a shoe bouitque with the shoes I have. I've been stopped by men and women dying to know where I got such and such pair of shoes. I love shoes, like ChiChi loves organics, DDoll loves gloss, Meg loves wine, Indiana loves Farmer Tom you get the picture. Well sadly I have literally run out of room for shoes. I'm not able to buy a bigger house although that was my first solution. What I am doing is putting some of my never worn or mint condition Coach, Charles David, Moschino, Ralph Lauren, BCBG and possibly Louis Vuitton and Christian Louboutins up on e-bay. But first I thought I would give any Megsmakeup women a VIP pass. All are 8 1/2 or 9 mostly 9's. If you would like pictures e-mail to coachbunny@verizon.net.
Jenn, thats so fabulous that you are starting your own blog!! Good for you. I already love it and will add it to my morning ritual of.....wake up, growl and roll out of bed WAY too earlt to take care of the babies, make coffee, get babies breakfast, check Megs-makeup, and read while I sip my coffee, and now I can check Mythbuster beauty too! I love Megs interview! Its great. YAY, GO MEG AND GO JENN!!!
I thought SAHM was SEXYANDHOTMOM! Should be, let's change it..kay? Hotel Cipriani 2012 or Bust!!! Seriously, just because the dollar is at its weakestpoint does not mean it won't bounce back. Now this just makes my Monday - maybe even my week! I first visited Miss 38’s (Jen’s) website a few weeks ago - and bookmarked it. Since I’ve found MMU (perhaps a religious experience in itself) I ALWAYS check the posts before I make a venture into the wild morass of cosmetics selection and purchase. 38goingon29 is a woman to whom I always pay close attention! Jen I love your blog! I'll definitely add it to my morning routine too...which sounds exactly like Greenie's. Bunny that trip sounds fun. I bet if we counted the all $$$ we've spent at Sephora, we could of all paid for a trip by now. Oh well...at least we look beautiful!!!

I wanted to start my own blog, because it seemed pretty straightforward. Then I saw Megsmakeup. And was blown away. How can I compete with that?!?!! Points?! Prizes?! Beautiful and funny and kind female bloggers?! I'm just going to lurk around Meg's :) Maybe someday I'll have the "gonads" to start my own beauty blog.
