SHOULD I BUY THIS?? YOU ASKED FOR IT!!
I wanted to introduce "Should I Buy This"? Kind of like a version of my favorite Susie Orman's "Can I Afford This"?
If there is a Make-Up purchase you're thinking over but not sure if you should take it home, let our readers know. It's hard to review EVERYTHING!
All you have to do is go to write meg and let me know what you're hmm-ing over and I will create a post for it asking our kind and knowledgeable (and opinionated) ladies their experience with it! We know you work hard for those dollah's so before you part with them let's get the info! They say before you make any purchase you should wait 24 hours to see if you really want it the next day so let's give that theory a whirl!
Just write me a paragraph on what you're coveting and what's holding you back from owning it. I'll get it up ASAP!!
We're trying hard over here to answer all of your requests and value all of your input! Thanks for helping us be a better site!
Cheers!

I do have a Mason Pearson brush and I don't think you're missing anything. I bought it in a weak moment when I was traveling and wanting to indulge myself and in need of a hair brush but I really don't think there's anything special about it and I don't think it does anything special for my hair.
I am looking for a good, price doesn't count, product to help get rid of damage from the sun. My left side, probably from driving with the sun beating on it, is a lot worse than my right. My skin is getting dark and lots of big really dark freckle like spots. I have tried Clinique with no luck, along with DHC alpha alubulin products. Where to next?

TimeBalm from The Balm (the concealer is great for undereyes because its sort of tacky. I don't know the texture is hard to explain but its awesome. Even if only just for a quick fix. For like 12 bucks its not too bad of an experiments.

Vexy, I would suggest the Tarte Smooth Operator Foundation because it can be applied lightly for a tinted moisturizer. Add a second (thin) layer and its like buildable coverage for a beautiful medium coverage foundation! It's $35 for a tube, but don't let that scare you because its 1.7 ounces (and a little goes a long way with this one!). Most foundations are only 1oz so you're getting a good deal for the money. And for spot treatments check out the TimeBalm concesler from TheBalm!

Do botox and restylane count? My under eye area needs help! I'm getting those weird little fat deposits under the hollows of my eyes....yuck! I look ok in the morning, but by the end of the day...those suckers are really noticable...HELP ME!!!!!
I have coveted a Mason Pearson hairbrush forever. I just can’t seem to justify spending so much for a brush. Anyone lucky enough to have one? Is it the miracle brush I’ve heard about? Details, please!
I need a concealer for dark undereye circles. I've heard that Boots No7 now sold at Target is pretty close to YSL Touche Eclat has anyone tried it and would it help under my eyes? Thanks.
Vexy - Have you tried the Lola Anti Shine Gel? We reviewed it here. I too lose my make up after a few hours and this primer really helps keep shine away. I think that shine could be the culprit that makes foundation slide of my face. I've had a lot of success with the Lola primer on keeping things in place. As for tinted moisturizer, my favorite is The Balms Balmshelter, but I'm not sure if the coverage is as heavy as you want. It's light to medium coverage on me, but hides old acne scars/red marks pretty well. Good Luck!
I'm looking for a foundation/tinted moisturizer that has good coverage and doesn't /move/. I apparently have the most makeup-resistant nose ever: nothing seems to stay. The per-fekt skin perfecting gel /stays/, but the coverage is too light for the scar I have across my nose. I've tried four different primers (smashbox photo finish, benefit dr. feelgood, bare escentuals prime time, and laura gellar's spackle) and at least a dozen foundations/concealers (bareminerals, make up for ever's mat velvet, the balm balmshelter- which I couldn't find a shade that matched my skin for, maybelline's dream matte mousse, almay truly lasting color 16-hour foundation, and cargo foundation- oil free). Nothing will stay past a few hours, especially since I'm a college student and I spend most of my time outside walking from class to class. Plus, I live in the land of high humidity. I've been thinking of trying Vincent Longo's Water Canvas, Lorac's ProtecTINT, and Dior Diorskin Forever Extreme Wear Flawless Makeup. Any suggestions?
Tash - I love botox. I was really bothered by the lines on my forehead and between my eyebrows, and botox fixes them.Plus I can still move my eyebrows. .Christ. Yes the Boots No 7 is good. You can also try the one by Make Up Forever. I think it's better than YSL's.
Great post. I have read in some magazine that you should wait 7 days to see if you still want something that bad. Unfortunately, I can wait forever when it comes to things I want but don't necessarily need. :( Sharond, maybe some sort of product that increases cell turnover? (Vitamin A products?) I've heard mixed reviews about using lemon juice (full strength and 50-50 diluted w/water) on your skin to lighten it.
